This was my first time to Lutz FL, Rasing Canes and all I can say is WOW!!! Chicken is crispy and juicy. Fries on point. And there is pure happiness in cane sauce 🙌. I'm also a cold slaw girl and this is were I normally find a problem is the slaw never measures up at a fast food place. BUT I WAS SO HAPPY slaw was awesome. Texas toast was soft and so good. Definitely beating the competition on a chicken joint. You've got a new fan in me.
First time here ordered the caniac combo which was supposed to be 6 tenders and was only given 4 tenders. Chicken wasn't even crunchy
Came here during lunch and I love to see all baddies working here, I just knew my food was going to be good 🥹🫶

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers is known for its delicious, fresh, and tender chicken fingers, which are often praised for being juicy and not overly crunchy. The crinkle cut fries are crispy, well salted, and a good complement to the chicken, while the Cane sauce is tasty and reminiscent of thousand island dressing. Customers consistently highlight the friendly and helpful service, with particular praise for staff members who go above and beyond to ensure a positive experience. The food is served quickly, making it a convenient choice for many diners.
However, some issues affect the overall experience. The logistics of the drive-through can be confusing, with difficulty finding the entrance and limited space to turn around if going the wrong way. Inside, the atmosphere is often loud, and the dining area can be messy during busy times due to customers leaving trash and not cleaning tables. The inside environment is also considered too cold for comfortable eating. Parking lot concerns include odors from the dumpster, which have been addressed after complaints, but cleanliness and maintenance remain inconsistent, including tables that need wiping down more frequently.
Value for money is another point of critique, with some feeling that the pricing does not match the portion sizes, especially when wrong orders are received. Despite these drawbacks, the restaurant maintains a loyal customer base thanks to its tasty food and friendly staff, with staff members like Miah receiving special praise for their excellent customer service and cleanliness efforts.
