very disappointed in my Five Guys burger from Clearwater mall today. I ordered extra BBQ sauce and I didn't get any at all... instead I got a dry burger and I was so looking forward to my lunch today, I might as well have gotten McDonald's I was so disappointed with the burger...and the fries were super cold as well. During this time i understand things are unusual but your quality of service should be even more important right now. I regret leaving a tip.
Great service, great patty and lots of fries even though you order a small one. Love the flavours and potatoes! Skip MC Donald’s - and come here.
They are very accommodating to my needs and a lot of patience were given to me with delicious food!
