03/23/24We love chilli’s and the three for me menu!This particular experience was a bit awkward.It wasn’t busy so we were seated immediately. We waited about ten minutes before the lovely Jamie had noticed we hadn’t been seen by a server. She came to our table and when we told her no one had been there she instantly assisted us even though she knew it wasn’t her table to assist. Short staffed, the bartender was also waiting tables in between orders at the bar. The table we were brought to to be seated at was dirty and the place had just opened about 30 minutes before we got there and she mentioned it was from the night before. All in all service and food was ok. Very sad to see this place has gone down hill since coivd
