The service was very poor the waitress paid very little attention to us but the food was fantastic. The floors were sticky could have been cleaner.

03/23/24We love chilli’s and the three for me menu!This particular experience was a bit awkward.It wasn’t busy so we were seated immediately. We waited about ten minutes before the lovely Jamie had noticed we hadn’t been seen by a server. She came to our table and when we told her no one had been there she instantly assisted us even though she knew it wasn’t her table to assist. We had been to two different restaurants with a huge wait line so we were starving at this point. As she was taking our order, I assume she was some type of manager as she was in business casual attire, proceeds to tell her in a rude voice “that’s not your table”. I was in the middle of putting in my order first of all! Secondly, you proceed to cop an attitude and try to bicker with her instead of letting her assist us. However, Jamie did not leave us un- assisted she explained that we had been sitting for ten minutes without so much as a drink order. The woman in the baby blue shirt stormed off! How unprofessional to do something like that and infront of customers!She put everything in accordingly and everything came out wonderfully. Even though she had been scolded infront of us she kept a positive attitude, continued to check on us and was all around a great server. Thank you for not letting us sit there to starve I hope you don’t get in trouble as we are mighty grateful.

The table we were brought to to be seated at was dirty and the place had just opened about 30 minutes before we got there and she mentioned it was from the night before. All in all service and food was ok. Very sad to see this place has gone down hill since coivd
Everything about my experience was well. Emma was very helpful and prompt any and everytime me or my kids needed a refill she was there. Food out within 15 mins as well as fresh and correct. I will defiantly be back! Thanks Emma ❤️

Very prompt service. The fajitas were delicious, and there was plenty to eat. The chips and salsa were very good. The only issue I had was that the Nascar race volume was so loud our server had to turn down the volume so she could take orders.

i don’t understand how every time i come it’s 30-50 minute wait and there are multiple tables open? the young male hostess obviously sees the tables and couldn’t explain the wait when asked. it was just a party for two?

I was involved in a hit and run one morning and was advised to park in Chili’s parking lot. They were not open to public so I felt it was very convenient. As I was waiting for Pinellas Park officials to show up, Kasey came out to check and see if I was ok. Even after the officials left, she offered a drink. It didn’t seem like much but to know she went above and beyond in such a trying moment spoke volumes to me. It’s more people like her who shows genuine care that we need in this world. Kasey is great representation for Chili’s and if she is apart of management, her character exemplifies what great management is. Thank You again Kasey! You were absolutely GREAT!!

The service was great. Good food. We hadn't visited in 5 years or more and were pleasantly surprised. The only thing that was annoying is that that seat people all in one side area and they had space to spread People out and it just felt crowded.Parking: Parking lot.Kid-friendliness: Good options for kids.
