Not only was she friendly, she was so sweet, calm, and quick on her feet. She was also very pretty and looked very well kept as well as the other young lady working. We left a $15 cash tip for her because her work was unbelievable. She made sure our drinks were filled, made sure we were having a good time, made sure our food was good, and was picking up trash from our table that my daughter and son would drop. “I have been a vegetarian since approximately 1968. It was not easy to eat out nor at other peoples houses without the constant questioning, “what’s in this?” Any meat in this? Over the years, it was more acceptable and I could find one or two dishes in every menu. Certainly there are more dishes and restaurants now. But I have been hesitant with many because I don’t want to eat something made from tofu or seitan and call it a burger or meat dish. So, I highly recommend that you eat at House of Vegano with fresh food, creative and incredible tastes, amazing choices and friendly staff that makes you feel like you are home. We are definitely coming back …with more friends!“

“We needed a light dessert tonight and headed to Le Creme Delight which is just down 66th St. south of us.. not only was the gelato delightful but so was the couple that own this brightly decorated shop. I enjoyed two scoops of their gelato, the honey and pistachio and Biscoff kookie and the hubby had a brownie delight with tiramisu gelato. Run, don’t walk and get yourself some gelato. They have a wonderful selection of flavored teas and coffee drinks as well.“

Perhaps this is due to them making everything in house: fresh baked bread for the finger sandwiches, puff pastries with cream and jam, rum spiked fruit cake...all delicious. If you've never been to England, and still want the authentic experience, gather some friends and arrange with Jack's for a delightful afternoon of tea, food and conversation.“
