“This place definitely lives up to the hype. I came for breakfast before heading over to the beach. My dad had their breakfast plate, it’s clear they use really good ingredients. His sourdough looked good. I had the chicken wrap and it was so delicious. The house made sauce I could not get enough of. My matcha lemonade was strong and tasty not too sweet. Service was fast and friendly. Will come again“

“Went to Starbucks a little further up from them and had abysmal service (wasn't greeted and no one even attempted to take my order - again, Starbucks are so overrated and have major bandwagon appeal)....left after a couple minutes of being ignored. Came to good ole dependable Dunkin (I do patronize them most anyway, they were just a bit further away and I was short on time for my lunch break), was greeted immediately, and had delish pumpkin spice latte made per my request and I was out of there, a satisfied customer, in a jiffy.
