I grabbed a really soft butter croissant that I loved and took another for later. We got fast service and the shop has a big open layout with versatile indoor and outdoor seating, with bar seats, four tops and cozy couches. There’s easy parking since coffee shop is in a little shopping strip with a big lot.“

There was no sign of food waiting for pick-up, so I tried to get the attention of one of many staff working—all appeared to be very busy, no eye contact even acknowledging me waiting in the pick-up area. After 5 mins I asked the one taking the orders if I was in the right spot—she said yes. Ok, so I wait a few more mins. They are busy—that’s cool. About 10 mins later, they call my name for my coffee and hand it to me. I figure the rest of my food (the smoothie and the bowl will be out momentarily. Another 10 mins go by and I’m getting anxious. I have to stop someone rushing by to inquire about the rest of my order. She finds the smoothie right away (it been ready for awhile sitting in their fridge) but she tells me they didn’t get the acai order. ??? I pull up the order in my email and it’s there. Meanwhile she has to ask a manager about it. She comes back and says they are out of açaí and couldn’t call me because they didn’t have my number. (My phone number was in my email receipt.) Things happen, I get that. But I wasted so much time because they didn’t acknowledge the out of stock item (and hand me the smoothie when they gave me the coffee. Seems like everyone is busy, but there is a lack of communication between stations. Just very disappointing. Won’t be back soon. And I hope I get the refund for the açaí bowl as promised.“

Their coffee is delicious - so far I've tried their rose iced latte, their Kyoto cold brew (YUM) and their whipped coffee. Even my husband who is not a coffee drinker likes their stuff! “Café Vino Tinto has given me some of the sweetest memories over the last couple of years. It is mine and my co-workers favorite place to celebrate, say goodbye, or go to when we're having a bad day because the food & staff will always make our day 10x better! The baristas are a joy and if I am struggling with picking what to drink, they always come through with great picks! The outdoor patio seating is serene and very aesthetic. You MUST try the breakfast burrito!! I dream about it. It's really THAT good. The waffles are super gourmet, and each bite is decadent. I recommend the tiramisu or the banana & pecan. If you are not into coffee, I recommend a blueberry lemonade. It is perfectly sweet and tart. I can never leave without getting a strawberry or blueberry danish when they are available or in season. They are made from scratch and there is love in every single bite. Please stop by this cafe if you're ever in the Safety Harbor area -- you won't regret it!“

“I cannot recommend Joseph's Tea highly enough. I have several dietary restrictions with significant sensitivities to gluten, dairy, and eggs so having afternoon tea anywhere is practically impossible unless I want to find myself bed ridden in severe pain. They have a whole menu of options available for individuals with dietary restrictions and the owners and staff are incredibly gracious, communicative and accommodating around those restrictions. Though they could use a thorough sweep through to fix things (ie don't sit under the first awning bc it's about to collapse and kill someone) it's an enjoyable place.Skip the sandwich options - there is zero flavor in any of them - but dive into their baked goods. All drinks get a solid thumbs up.Parking is ample but the locals sometimes take spots that they shouldn't so consider walking if you can.Service is hit or miss; sometimes they're nice, other times they're walking zombies. “Second time here,the first time was a Saturday and service was great they had a few workers and everything was great. Today on a Monday 2 workers they seemed very overwhelmed but very kind and kept apologizing to everyone. Obviously they need more then two workers. People are on vacation even on Mondays. One guy waited pry 20 minutes for his iced coffee. My cold brew wasn’t even a full cup $5.50. Still good and I’ll still come again but I sure hope management makes a change and gives the two girls working this morning 5/22 @ 10 am a bonus as they are working hard and the line is going out the door, some are leaving. To top it off the bathroom is out of order.“

“We went for breakfast on a weekday. It was pretty crowded but we got a table immediately. All the staff was fantastic, especially our server Jacqueline. The food came out incredibly quickly and was delicious. We got pancakes, waffles, bacon, and a huge spinach and mushroom omelet. Prices were high for breakfast food but that's normal for beach locations. Plus, we had leftovers because the portions were so big. The restaurant decorations were super cute, too, with hundreds of frogs. Five stars!How this can be only be $12.99 a pound? The quality and price blew me away.But then there is the shop. The milk tea is delicious, light and refreshing. not powdery like some other places make them. You can adjust the sweetness levels too. I've had regular sweetness and 25% sweetness, both were great. I tried the cheese mousse topping on recommendation by my brother and I love it! It's like a rich and creamy milk foam cap with a hint of saltiness that accentuates the sweet milk tea.
