My dining experience at El Jalisco Seminole exceeded my expectations. The restaurant's decor is bright and welcoming, with a Mexican flair. My chicken burrito was perfectly seasoned, tender, and served with authentic rice and beans. The specialty cocktails recommended by the waiter were also amazing. The overall experience made me feel right at home.

Some reviewers noted excellent service from happy, friendly, and attentive staff, while others experienced being forgotten after receiving food, having to get their own to-go containers, and finding the waiter at the bar for the check. The temperature inside is also a common issue, as it is very cold, with bean dip hardening and hand sanitizer feeling like an ice cube. Extra items like lettuce, sour cream, tomatoes, and cilantro are considered too costly, though overall prices are decent. Despite these complaints, the restaurant is a home away from home for many, visited at least once a month, with never a bad meal.
