“As a customer experience worker myself in a different field, this is the best fast food experience ever. Walked in the door 10 mins before they opened, I was greeted with a smile and a hello and explained they don’t open until 10 more mins, but said I could sit and hang out and the manager handed me a cup to get a drink on them. Very very welcoming. The day before I did the same thing at Taco Bell and the manager there shewed me out the door and told me to wait outside so this was a very pleasant experience compared to that. Appreciate the kindness! Food was also hot and delicious like always. Wonderful team!“
“The food is what matters and the chicken was great. Reminds me of Pollo Tropical which is very good. If you're in the mood for broiled chicken you have to try it. Very tender with a fast food ambiance. Either way the chickens worth it.“
“Fresh hot food. The chicken was delicious and worth the 7 min wait. The sides, not so much. The orka was cold. Cole slaw was bland and was short by ⅓, the mashed potatoes was okay, but I didn't stop in for the potatoes & slaw. The staff was very directed and busy but not rude. Except for one guy who could only do one function at a time, while on his phone. The kitchen appeared to be old but clean, the dining room looks like a leftover from the '90's. An update is severely needed.“

“I come here at least twice a day bathrooms are very clean with sanitizer the chicken parm fries is the best on the menu that gets 5 stars alone and the staff is great the managers are very helpful nice and cool perfect temp and the seating is great one of my fav spots to come eat while I’m on call “
