“Tressa was so nice. We drove ALL the way 2 Seffner because we went to 3 Popeyes in Tampa with no luck (1 closed early due to lack of staff, 1 was packed with over 50 very patient people in the lobby because their computers crashed, 1 was out of Mac and cheese)“

“If you want to know what above and beyond customer service is like, I suggest coming to this Zaxbys! My friend was dining in when her tire failed on her. These lovely employees did the unthinkable and changed her tire out for her. Dealing with something as frustrating as your tire failing on you when you’re far away from home is terrifying, but the wonderful Zaxbys employees took initiative and helped her out. A raise is deserved!!!“

“The worker Carleigh provided outstanding customer service during our visit. She was not only efficient and professional, but also incredibly kind and compassionate. My daughter is a burn victim, and Carleigh took the time to make her feel special by calling her beautiful. That simple act of kindness truly made her day and meant so much to our family. “I recently tried Krispy Krunchy Chicken and honestly, I was surprised by how good it was. The chicken was super crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, with a nice Cajun-style seasoning that gives it a little extra flavor compared to regular fried chicken.
The sides were also really good — especially the biscuits, which were soft and slightly sweet, and the fries were fresh and well-seasoned. The portions are generous for the price, so it’s definitely a good value.
It’s not a fancy place since it’s usually inside gas stations or small stores, but the food quality makes up for it. Service was quick, and everything tasted fresh.
Overall, if you’re looking for affordable, flavorful fried chicken, Krispy Krunchy Chicken is definitely worth trying. I’d come back again for sure.“

“Was on road today and craving some fried chicken, found this place online with good reviews so stopped. It’s a small place so keep an eye out or you’ll miss it but oh it’s well worth it. This isn’t KFC, Popeyes or any other fast food chicken shop this is delicious like GMA made fried chicken! Staff was amazing and kind as well as everyone that came in after me…smiling happy and friendly. Like home. Stop by and try them out.“

“There's no seating so it's strickly take out. The food was fresh and not dried out. I had the chicken tenders, potato wedges and a honey biscuit. The honey biscuit wasn't as tasty as I expected but it was still edible. The chicken tenders were juicy and tender. The potato wedges could have been better they were starting to get dry from being in the hot case too long. Over all not bad for gas station food“

“Had a great experience at KFC! The chicken was fresh and hot, and the sides were served nice and warm too.
But I especially want to give a big shout-out to Monei 👏🏽. She was incredibly helpful and patient, even with a long line and some upset customers due to the wait. She really took care of us and made sure we had a good experience.
They do get pretty busy with online orders, so if you’re planning to visit, just make sure you have a little extra time and don’t go in a rush.
We will definitely be coming back! Her kindness and professionalism truly made our dinner more enjoyable.“
