I got a boneless wing dinner and it was very tasty. Service was quick.
The cashier was especially nice to our grandson. It was nice...
When I tell you, I just love the fries 🥹 and then of course the wings 🤤! But on that note.... Five stars! This business sets the standard for how a company should be run. Zaxby's is a popular chicken restaurant that serves delicious chicken fingers and buffalo wings. The restaurant offers a variety of sauces, including the spicy Zax and tongue torch options, to enhance the flavors of their dishes. The loaded chicken bacon ranch cheesy fries are a customer favorite, especially when topped with wing sauce.
While the serving sizes have been reduced, the food remains hot and tasty. Zaxby's caters to vegetarians with salad options and is also kid-friendly, with a selection of Coke products available. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, though customers should be prepared for potential long wait times and limited WiFi connectivity.
Customers have praised the clean dining room, efficient service, and great dipping sauces. However, some have noted the lack of highchairs, which can be inconvenient for families. Additionally, some customers have reported inconsistencies in the food quality, with issues like stale fries and flat soda.
Overall, Zaxby's is known for its delicious chicken dishes and friendly service, making it a popular choice for a quick and satisfying meal.
