This particular location was lacking. The chicken fingers were fine, but the toast wasn't toasted (it was cold and soggy) and the fries were barely warm. I asked for "light ice" but the entire cup was full. I went through the drive thru but had to park and wait for my food to be brought out to me (it was just a chicken finger plate with a fountain drink). Not too busy.➕️One of soda machines was not working.Part of the over head menu board was *also* not working➖️AndAt the counter... there was ONLY -1- menu.➖️So each customer had to wait to reas the ONE shared menu...Unless they already knew what they wanted.It was MY 1st time...so i had NO clue.

I was craving that delicious grilled chicken salad from Hungry Harry's down the street, but they're closed on Mondays and Tuesdays unfortunately. And I know Zaxby's has salads, and Zaxby's is a decent chain in the context of what it is, so I HOPED that maybe this would get the job done.
