The food there are amazing and the employees are always so nice. The employees are always trying their best to make the customers happy and they work well as a team. I always enjoy going to Chick-fil-A for lunch or for dinner!
Chic fil A took the seminar and service manual of good Ole' fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE. I believe they had more employees staffed, than a Home Depot. I decided to actually go inside today, instead of the drive thru. I noticed no less than 8 people outside working drive thru. There can be 3 times as many drive thru cars as any other fast food restaurant, and your drive through wait is miraculously much less than any of the others.
