“We’re a family of 4 and we got the Crabfam special, we added 6 eggs, 3 more corn on cob, ended up getting and extra pound of snow crab legs.Food was amazing they have the digital juke box and the music was fantastic, other people was playin some bangers!!!Deghan was our server, it was his second day but you couldn’t tell he was very polite and professional and was on top of his tables!!“

“A coworker introduced me to this awesome spot today. I ordered the black and Bleu burger with a chili and fries. The fries were fresh as it gets! The burger was made to order and very tasty, I was impressed by the bacon thickness and flavor. Everything was delicious and I'll be back when I'm in the area.“

I called, someone came, took the wrong and gave me the right food but it was cold by then. Second order was pickup. I ordered 3 extra sauces & was charged but didn't get them. I didn't call in about that. Your food is great. I'm only answering your question. No hate here.“
“Update: Brian...manager made this right!!!Well done.Well yesterday I visited with my husband. My 1st visit was great. 2nd ok, I can understand things happen. 3rd Today was horrible. I ordered my favorite pita sandwich the spicy chicken. I explained that is was not being made the usual way. I would have saw it earlier in the process, but while they were making my sandwich they switched servers. I didn't want to spoil my husband experience since we drove so far. 40 minutes. I talked him into the trip. I was looking forward to my favorite sandwich. He ordered a bowl. I helped him is why I stopped paying attention to the way they were making my sandwich. They have cards so I thought it would be made as usual. Boy was I wrong. I had to write this. I am so so disappointed. When I got home to eat my sandwich. The chicken was dry,, no flavor. Which should have been spicy. None of the toppings that were specific to the sandwich. I tried to eat more but it seems each of the pieces of meat were reminets left over. Dry hard chunks. I would love to drive back. But too far. So please look pay attention. If they rush you will be very disappointed. “First time back to an OG in a couple of years, it was a very pleasant experience. Friday night at 7:15, we were seated in 10 minutes and were greeted by our server almost immediately. We were never rushed but everything was served in a timely way and tasted great. We'll be back again soon!“

He barely gave me the time of day, acted irritated at my table, but seemed lovely with everyone else.I'm pretty sure I got someone else's breakfast as it wasn't what I ordered, at all. “Chic fil A took the seminar and service manual of good Ole' fashioned CUSTOMER SERVICE. I believe they had more employees staffed, than a Home Depot. I decided to actually go inside today, instead of the drive thru. I noticed no less than 8 people outside working drive thru. There can be 3 times as many drive thru cars as any other fast food restaurant, and your drive through wait is miraculously much less than any of the others. There were runners, taking orders to curbside pick up. Inside they still have courteous employees actually ringing up your order, not self checkout. There was 14 plus people behind the counter, attending registers, drive thru window and cooking etc. They ask you to be seated and bring your food to you. So there were runners inside bringing your food directly to you. There was at least two people constantly wiping down tables and cleaning. Additionally they do all this while graciously attending you and telling you it was THEIR PLEASURE. Other companies should take a page from the Chic fil A playbook, and learn what true customer cultivation is.
