“For Saturday lunch, we were looking to have a healthy meal, so I checked out a few places around the area. I found three Native restaurants and decided to give one a try. On the menu, we ordered the Southwest wrap, a curry chicken wrap, and the nutty banana bagel.

My food order arrived in just 10-15 minutes, and I was on my way home to enjoy it. Both wraps were delicious, tasty, and made with fresh ingredients that we loved. Plus, they were a healthy option for lunch.

“My family stumbled onto Mandola’s ItalianKitchen in Odessa Florida. What a delightful restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was excellent. We were greeted at the door by the manager, Chris. He explained how the restaurant ordering and seating worked. We ordered at the counter, where the young woman patiently took our order, clarifying along the way. The wine selection for the casual environment was impressive. We were given a table number and we found a seat. Immediately someone brought warm focaccia bread and Italian oil to dip it in. Our food arrived at our table surprisingly quick. The portions were huge (luckily we were provided to-go boxes when we were ready to leave) The servers were friendly and professional. The chefs were visible as they prepared the food. Our used dishes were removed promptly as we finished one course after another. Then Chris, the manager who first greeted us, came to our table to ensure that our experience had been not just satisfactory, but excellent. Which it was! We are putting Mandola’s Odessa on our favorite restaurant list for when we return to Tampa. Thank you!“

“The food here is pretty good and fresh. Most of the time the service is good. Sometimes the workers look unhappy or Ive seen some worker tension before. Seems like different group of people every so often. But 75- 80% of time they are good.

There is one underlying issue. If you dont go right when they open you have to wipe your own table which is gross to me. I know, most places they dont these days. This is a new location and you would think right off bat they would try to keep tables clean but they dont... I watched a worker come out today, she pushed a couple chairs around the middle isle of clean tables and walk right back in kitchen. She never looked nor touched all the window seats that were all previously used. I actually dont go sometimes bc I wonder if i will sit at a table with rice and salad dressing on it. So Cava is missing out on sales because of this.

I still have trouble fathoming people that work and run a restaurant with dirty tables. It was unthinkable to let someone sit at a dirty table when I worked at restaurants. If someone leaves there should be a worker cleaning that table immediately for another customer bar none.

Cava could at least put out a busser station with some windex and gloves and wipes if they want us to do it.“

“Wanted to try a new pizza place and soooo glad we picked Capri! The NY style Capri pizza was the perfect ratio of meat, sauce and cheese. Foldable crust with no flop. The garlic Parm wings were a great size, cooked perfectly and super yummy with a light garlic butter based sauce. We also got a eggplant parm sub and I was so happy to see it was not filled with sauce which really helped to elevate the eggplant which was perfectly breaded and fried. The bread used for the sub was some of the best sub roll I have had here in Florida! Soft with a slight chew and not sandy with cornmeal. We will absolutely order again!!! Great job Capri Pizza!“

“This location had tasty food but a couple of issues. As i walked in I saw an elderly man with two canes struggling to get to the counter. He had ordered two sandwiches the Mrs got hers, ate it and he had been waiting stewing for over 10-minutes according to him, his wife had finished and according to him the counter employee said she would bring his sandwich right away and instead it got stuck in a pick up window. Elderly cannot alway hear people shouting a name , plus he had been told they would bring it to him. I doubt he will return. I ordered Chicken Strips with a side of mac n cheese repeated that twice. but still got waffle fries. eh. oh well they were eaten. So I dont know if they had a bunch of new hires 8/15/26 or if they are off their game. The man did call a manager and when the counter person brought his now not so warm sandwich she smiled and said there you go, all is good. probably not, he was pissed and now this review. Most CFL I have been to across the US would have bent over backward to make sure he first got his food promptly but if they made a mistake would not have made light of it. Sad. Will I go again. probably. I will change the review if its better. After all if they did have a bunch of new hires, it takes a hot minute to train.“

“Love Panera but tired of not being able to pull up fast and grab my food. Cars are parking in the “pick up 1,2,3” spots while the customer goes inside and sits for over an hour to eat their food. I watch people drive up and literally turn around and leave because there’s nowhere to park. These are for fast service not for the lazy people thwill not park somewhere else. Tow them or make an announcement to move your vehicles.“
