“The hubby and I had a quick lunch here today. Absolutely wonderful experience. The food was awesome. Our server was fantastic. We really enjoyed the wonderful view of the water. Something that caught our eye was how friendly everybody is. We had two other workers come up and check on us (our server was doing great, they were just being friendly). You can really tell they help each other out often and take a lot of pride in making this place awesome :) we will definitely be back!“

“My family and I enjoy every single visit that we make to this restaurant because it has a relaxed yet elegant atmosphere. My daughter and I loved the Creamy Tomato Soup in the Bread Bowl! I just recently discovered that I am able to purchase the delicious Creamy Tomato Soup at our local grocery store and also the Mexican Corn Chowder. They are both delicious and now family favorites! I highly recommend Panera Bread to anyone who wants exceptional well prepared food in a relaxed environment.“

“I’ve dined at Refined Roots several times. Food is amazing! Great culinary experience. Today, I ordered sweet tea (like always). It was watered down and maybe 4 small sliver pieces of ice and almost clear in color. Asked server if it was poured from a pitcher that sits out (often you get diluted products and light in color from the side pictures left out). She said no and would get me another glass. The 2nd glass was visually darker with still a few slivers of ice. She even commented it looked darker and walked away. I took a sip and about spit it out. It was my old glass with coffee added. YES coffee. I walked over and shared this with the waiter. She smelled the glass and knew it was coffee immediately. She took it to the back. Brought me another glass that was better than the 1st and had ice. Like I said, this place is amazing but today’s experience was not. There was ZERO reason for anyone to put coffee into my glass and bring back to me. I only see this as a horrible misstep or a side of shade for asking for a new glass to of tea. Note…. I no longer drink coffee due to an intolerance. Will come back but this has sat with me today.“

The staff is so kind, acts like they love working here, and the play center is a big bonus. We live in trinity and drive a little out of the way to come here!“

“Will never order at this location again. Horrible experience terrible service. I placed a take out order in person and was told it would be about 15 to 20 mins. I walked into the store next door while waiting. Come back at the 20 minute mark to pick up my order. I am standing directly in front of the counter for 35 minutes waiting for my order. two servers who also work the register must have walked directly past me 20 times. in the meanwhile customers came in, were seated, ordered food and their food was on table as I continue to wait. A customer came in and placed a take out order while I stand waiting. He got his food and left. Not one time when arriving to pick my order up did anybody greet me or asked if I had been helped. Finally, after 60 minutes, I asked the server who took my order if she knew how much longer. She asked the name the order was under. Here my order had been sitting there getting cold the entire time. Had one worker that walked past me as I stand next to the counter asked. if I had been helped. What did they think a guy standing by the counter for 45 minutes was standing there for. They were not busy at all. 1st time and last time I order at this location. I order at the Little Rd location about twice a month. They are fast, friendly and have excellent service. The food is good, price is good. Drive the extra 10 minutes to the Little Rd location. The service will make it worth it alone. Little Rd is always busy and still get over the top service.“

I had a Buffalo wrap and it was better than it looked on commercial. My sister had a Cobb salad and my brother had wings. All were very good and I can't wait to go back and try the salads next!“

“This review is for Jesi Who was super helpful as I send my aid to pick up stuff for me all the time at least once a week at Panera and she will get on the phone and help me cause my aid doesn’t really speak English well at all and it’s very frustrating but Jesi We’ll take the phone and get my order correct and make sure it’s exactly what I want. She exceeds all my expectations as young lady. I’ve don’t get a chance to see her cause. I’m in a wheelchair, but I do order from you guys. I should get the app maybe there’s some sort of rewards, but I am a lazy person when it comes to apps, but that young lady is super sweet and helps me out almost every week when I call and it’s very much appreciated. You can really tell they care about their customers. The food is excellent and always fresh, and the quality is consistently great. It’s one of those places where you leave happy every time.
