I love the atmosphere in Panera, though the food took a bit it was not disappointing. We waited maybe 15 minutes. Other than that we enjoyed quite well. My friend ordered the wild rice soup with her Have Two meal and it is probably my favorite. One of the workers was a bit rude but it is fine today.
If you like constant beeping drowning out your conversation and portable AC units that don’t work, this is your place to enjoy a meal.
This review is for Jesi Who was super helpful as I send my aid to pick up stuff for me all the time at least once a week at Panera and she will get on the phone and help me cause my aid doesn’t really speak English well at all and it’s very frustrating but Jesi We’ll take the phone and get my order correct and make sure it’s exactly what I want. Panera Bread offers a variety of tasty dishes like salads, mac and cheese, and sandwiches. Ordering online is convenient with detailed descriptions and images of the menu items. The food quality and service are consistently excellent. The staff are outstanding and provide excellent customer service, even going the extra mile to accommodate customers' needs. While the increasing prices may be a concern, Panera Bread remains a favorite spot for a treat. However, the cleanliness of the utensils has been raised as an issue, which can detract from the overall dining experience.
