Always good and friendly staff. I bit on the dirty side tonight. I think they are giving less soup in the bowl than what they used to. Seemed like cup amount instead bowl amount in the bowl.
It’s been awhile since I’ve reviewed this Panera, and today was an unusually bad turned good visit. I tried to order via the app, but my rewards didn’t show up. So instead, I went to the register to order.At the register, Megan was very sweet & efficient. She took my order, and then got the manager to help her use my reward. Bryan said the app was down across the country, and that they were doing their best to help patrons. He applied my reward. I was thrilled! And it helped...read full review
