I joined the Sip Club about a year ago and enjoy the charged lemonade. With a lawsuit pending regarding the caffeine content they have placed this self serve product behind the counter. Recently it has become a hassle trying to get service and asking for a combo of 2 flavors. The staff is friendly and busy but overwhelmed at times. I just gotta say this is my local Panera and I do try other ones, But I love the manager Kristen here runs a really good ship when she’s in charge food comes out right every time, but there’s a male manager here that lets it run like a high school social club, they goof off too much sometimes, is louder from all the young guys who work in the back, laughing and saying, bro as loud as they can or gossiping just like girls and it’s honestly so annoying and so unprofessional...read full review
