“This is such a nice place in Tarpon Springs. It's set up on the water with great views. But it doesn't stop there The service was fantastic we had drinks and dinner. Both were amazing. We tried fresh catch, clams, sushi, shrimp, tacos, and some homemade special desserts including coconut and chocolate cakes. Highly recommend.”

“Without a doubt, this is the dodgiest dive bar in all of Florida. It is a perfect disaster in the making. I'm fairly sure the only thing keeping the building from falling into the Anclote River is the habit of standing still for over a hundred years. I had the unique pleasure to sit and enjoy a few beers with the bartender, Cici, and a longtime local patron, Mike. Cici was a great host and shared stories about the old establishment, as did Mike. It is unfortunate that these places are getting mowed over in Florida all in the false claim of "progress". I'm thrilled to have found The Boat Club, and truly hope it survives for another 100 years.”

“Local Tampa Bay Folks: Tarpon Tavern review: While this is a Tavern with your classic bar, TVs playing with the sports games, and a lively crowd, the food is beyond what you would expect. In fact, as other patrons' plates came out, I was really excited to receive our meal. It was busy and a little bit of a wait to get the food, but it was worth it. As a self-proclaimed pickle enthusiast, we decided to order the fried pickles. I had heard that they were different than most fried pickles, and surely they were for the better! The one thing I hate with most fried pickles is that there is more batter than pickle. The batter was very light, and you could even see the entire pickle through the coating; however, it was still crispy and golden. These guys achieved the perfect balance of crunchy exterior with a juicy, briny interior. From first glance, this is not your ordinary bowl. The bowl is visually appealing: vibrant veggies, grilled chicken, rice, olives, feta, and onions. A creamy tzatziki sauce and naan bread points bring a simple dish together to make a truly great meal. As a vegetarian, finding well-curated food is always hard. In a way, it's annoying. And like many places, they had the classic Beyond Burger. (boring). So, I spiced it up. I ordered their Smash Burger and had them substitute the Beyond Burger patty with their Tavern Twister fries. The burger came with grilled onions, pickles, lettuce, tomato and the ever-famous smash sauce. I had them add grilled mushrooms. From the first bite, the Beyond Burger defied all expectations. The patty had a remarkably meaty texture, was juicy, and was cooked perfectly. The flavor profile really brings the burger to the next level. The flavors and taste with the different toppings surely made the burger the best, especially with the restaurant's signature smash sauce, a harmonious blend of tangy and creamy, which ties the entire creation together. Whether you're a committed vegan, a curious flexitarian, or a die-hard carnivore looking to explore the plant-based realm, the smash burger with a beyond patty is a must-try. I didn't take any pictures as I was on a lunch date.”

“A hidden gem! Food was exceptional, we asked for off menu combo and it was beyond your expectations. A ton of giant pieces of lobster on the roasted beets salad... OMG so good. Service was also excellent, Brandy knew exactly when to check back with us for drinks and other suggestions. You see the place and think dive bar, well it's the best rendition of that quaint expression. I hate giving them such a great review, we want to keep this place as our secret favorite place.”

We had beef patty, jerk sandwich arriving with three slider buns and loose meat on a platter with side of cabbage with carrot and pepper and the goat curry entree with the cabbage side, rice and beans. The meat is fork tender, the veg perfectly cooked and still crisp, flavorful heat of spice but not overpowering. Beer and wine available also ginger beer and other soft drinks. Superb. Casual Caribbean seating. Attentive friendly servers. Two thumbs up.”

“I visited this restaurant on 3/09/2024 to have dinner with my family. The service was terrible! the server was asked 4 times to bring water and lemon to the table, the server failed to check up on us after serving our food, and towards the end, my brother asked to bring out another order of tacos and the server persuaded him to not order more because they were to busy. due to the poor service provided by the server, we all the decided not to tip. After verifying my credit card account, to my surprise, an adittional 10 dollars were added to my bill. I thought it could be an honest mistake; however, after speaking to my sister, she informed me that 10 dollars were also added to her card. FOOD NO SO GREAT, BAD SERVICE, AND STEALING FROM CUSTOMERS.”

“I love this location and I love the personal service that the employees give. The manager, Michelle, is awesome and you can tell it's a happy place to work. I've been going through cancer treatments and they always take care of my special order.

Dietary restrictions: I've been going through chemo treatments and have special requests depending on my blood levels and the foods I need to eat.

Parking: A little tricky to get out of and onto the highway however all of the good stores are located in this location in Tarpon Springs, so it's a be patient and drive careful situation.”

It was the best I've had in a longtime. The veal was so so tender. The portion was plentiful and the 3 garlic knots were warm and delicious. The only thing that needs improvement is the container, it's too flimsy.
The wonderful delivery person even threw my trash away that was at my door. WOW, WOW WOW! I'm impressed
BTW, I ordered the same thing a while back from Inferno Pizza and it was gross, couldn't even chew it. I threw it away. I let them know of my experience, but they didn't bother to accommodate me for their lousy food. STEAR CLEAR!”

“If you want the BEST NYC PIZZA + Diner, this is your place. I had the best hearty soup de jour, and pizza I’ve ever had in Florida. Two small pizza’s to go, and two “by-the-slice” deliciously paired with Frank Sinatra playing to perfection. I was greated with a warm welcoming, efficient service, and a nostalgic ambiance that felt like Manhattan.
This place is it for me.
