Chili's Grill & Bar offers great food at an affordable price with consistent service. The Oldtimer burger, fries, and fried mozzarella continue to be popular items, and the margaritas remain a highlight. The staff, including exceptional bartenders and servers, provide polite, efficient, and accommodating service, making for a pleasant dining experience. Recent reviews praise the staff for their dedication and attention to detail, with one customer noting how a server ensured they wanted for nothing, creating one of their best dining experiences in a while. However, there have been some concerns about food quality, particularly regarding greasy hamburgers that left a customer feeling unwell. Despite this, the restaurant maintains a reputation for friendly service and a welcoming atmosphere.
