This is the worst McDonald's ever everybody should read their Google reviews. first time I've ever seen a restaurant have more negative reviews than good ones..... The management here needs to be sent back to school and maybe be taught how to treat customers. Not everybody's trying to get a free Burger! Most people are honest customers just because I complained about their food doesn't mean I should be disrespected and lied to I truly suggest to eat somewhere else while in tarpon...read full review

No meat in my cheeseburger, McDonalds has gone so far down. Will not be coming back to this location.

McDonald's is a friendly restaurant with a great team that provides fast service. The staff is young but responsible and works well together. They have a McPlay place for kids to enjoy. Customers have noted that some staff members are very attentive, as one server greeted them with a big smile and provided all their condiments and utensils in a little bag. However, the ice cream machine is often broken, which can be disappointing. Some customers have expressed frustration with the management, saying that treatment of customers can be poor and that the restaurant has received many negative reviews. Additionally, there are issues with food quality, such as burnt Bagels and English muffins, and overcooked hash browns that are hollow crackers. The restaurant also offers good accessibility for wheelchair users. Despite some problems, the staff's responsibility and quick service remain positive features.
