“There were 6 in our party. We were looking for snacking shareable apps. They didn't disappoint!!! The apps were fantastic & plentiful. We had potato skins, buffalo cauliflower, fried mushrooms, chicken wings & fried pickles. Everything was delicious & our server, Michael was very attentive. Also, the Rum-runners were the best ever!! “It smells when you walk in, but it's clean. I didn't like you walk through the outside seating with people smiling to get in. Big draw back for people who have asthma. They have lots of TV's. They had sports and movies on. Our waitress was great. She was always walking by asking if we needed anything and refilling our tea. She was extremely busy, but could handle her load. She was upbeat with a good personality. I have OCD, so when they brought us our silverware and it's pulled out of the holder sitting at the hostess desk it grossed me out. I'm so glad I carry my own silverware when going out to eat. The food was good. We had onion rings and mozzarella cheese for appetizers. My dish was chicken, broccoli and a salad. My husband had blackened white fish with veggies. It was all delicious. They have a variety of options to choose from on the menu. We will be going back to try the wings. I do recommend trying Beef O' Brady's out. It's family friendly, but also had a bar section.“

“Looking forward to trying their food, but they closed the kitchen early the night I ended up there. They have the bar split from a restaurant side which offers non-smoking and smoking areas for those who want it. They have a couple of pool tables and cameras over them if you want to watch someone shoot a game which I thought was a nice change. They were pretty busy on the Wednesday we went, probably from pool league and regulars, but the place started to clear out around midnight. Service was good, she was really helpful and attentive.“
“Great atmosphere. Right on the trail next to the parking garage makes it easier. They've done alot of renovations the past couple years that have made their patio area much more comfortable. Dogs are welcome and small play area for kids. Great beer choices on rotating taps. Reasonable prices.“
“We visited Strokers on our visit to family in Palm harbor. When we arrived we were promptly greeted and serviced by Courtney. The food (freddys shrimp) and drinks (double up for a buck!!) were great, but nothing compared to the service we received from Courtney. She was fun, bright, energetic and polite. “They have completely remodeled this place since we were here last. It looks amazing. Complete with a game room for the kids. They have several nights where kids eat free. The outdoor seating area is fantastic. We will be coming back with the kiddos!!!!“
“Overall a fun atmosphere with friendly staff. The singer Rob Kosinski was excellent! Talented and entertaining plus he took requests. The service at bar was slow but expected with only one person doing the work. Our food order was slow as well but definitely worth the wait. Best BLT in years!!! Loved that they have a RUSH pinball machine ? Will definitely be going back! I would have given 5 stars but will call this a 4.5 only because service was slow.“

“We are not from the area. We live in dade city but my wife and I were were looking for a bar with darts and pool. We googled bars and ended up walking into Sullivans but immediately walked out. I remembered on our way there we passed TJs so we decided to turn around and go back. I'm glad we did! First of all, it's a dive and that's exactly what we wanted. Probably only 7 people sitting at the bar and they all kept to themselves. Heidi the bartender was so sweet and her drinks were on point. She's got a great pour and personality. My wife and I played darts for hours. You'll walk out smelling like smoke and that's just fine with me cause it was just the atmosphere we were looking for. I love little dive bars like this, don't pass this one up. It's a gem.“
“Hidden dive bar alert! Most of the other storefronts in this plaza are empty so you'll have no trouble finding a parking spot. This is a hoppin' local spot though and you might not be able to get a seat at the bar regardless of what day and time you arrive. Although I clearly did not fit in with the crowd, the bartender was very kind and made sure my drink was always full. She was busting her butt with a full house and serving on her own! Drinks are strong and they have a good food menu (CHEAP!). I enjoyed a half pound of extra hot boneless wings ($6 was a steal for the amount of food) and had leftovers to take home. There are plenty of TVs but no WiFi. I will definitely return here for another round of beverages and some tasty food.“

“What a great time here on Tuesday’s. Love the 9 ball tournaments. Sandy is amazing and loves to make her customers happy. We love to see her smile. Your also allowed to bring your own food or have it delivered . Good prices, friendly crowd and very organized tournament run by D. It is very very Smokey in here however and would prefer better circulation and filters to remove all the second hand smoke .“

“Considering it was not very packed at all the wait time was horrendous. There were plenty of open tables I think they were just short servers. The cost of the food versus the quality of the food did not work itself out almost $1.25 a wing and they were small, overall good food just a little overpriced and long wait “

“I go to The Lake 85 so often it's hard for me to pick out a particular experience; they are all very special. I'm from NJ and l miss my food. Good pizza is very hard to find in FL. One day l had a craving for pizza and l asked the bartender if the chef could make me a special pizza. Despite being busy, he did just that. It was the best pizza I've had since walking on the boardwalk at Seaside Heights NJ. The bartender, Corey, then suggested l try one of the many craft beers on tap. He then went out of his way to put one of their many TVs on the football game l couldn't find elsewhere. GO FSU! To borrow a line from "Cheers", The Lake 85 is a warm and wonderful place where "Everyone knows my name". A full menu featuring all of your favorites as well as daily specials, virtually any drink a person may desire and incredible customer service.Kid-friendliness: Kids are a part of the atmosphere. “This tavern is one of the most consistent places for great food and service! Love their meatloaf lunches. The only reason for the 4 star part of this is because of personal preference, almost all the seating has no backrests. Other than that, Love it here!“
