The only drawbacks for me were some lunatic lady at the bar dancing like she thought she was still the cool highschool girl and some old geezer that was giving our server the business. They should have tossed him out on his ear. Other than those two distractions, the place was outstanding and I look forward to returning in the future.“
“After a long day I decided to just visit the restaurant on the rooftop of my hotel for supper. I was so disappointed that they were only serving appetizers at 7:30-7:45 in the evening. I had my waitress order me an appetizer and drink. The drink was good and the appetizer was okay but I was hungry and an iguana pretzel just wasn't a meal. So I ordered door dash to be delivered to the rooftop but had to take it to my room to eat. I don't recommend the pretzel for the price. It was just an overpriced pretzel that was just okay.“

My food was definitely prepared fresh as I waited about 20 mins for 2 side items . The French onion soup was perfectly placed in the to go container where the cheese topping held together on top. Rarely I see that happen when ordering to go French onion soup. The soup was a little too salty for my taste more than usual for this type of soup. But it was good! The baked potato perfectly cooked with cheese melted inside but sour cream and butter in side containers. I spent $13 something for these side items. I think that's reasonable for restaurant food. They've upgraded the menu since I started coming in. They've got an air fryer, toaster oven and a George Forman grill. They can make pizza burgers fries and wings now. The pizza is decent they offer a limited number of toppings but if you forgot to eat before drinking or are hungry while drinking you've got some options. The service is great they actually come say hey no matter how busy they stop by and say hi. If you're not a regular they know and will spend a little extra time with you. They have karaoke on Friday nights and most people are pretty good. If you're in Clearwater and wanna hang with some locals stop in. If you're looking to get out the house and go to a neighborhood dive bar stop on in.“

When we told her it was our 1st visit she welcomed us, gave us an overview of the menu, happy hour, events and it really made us feel welcomed and comfortable in the establishment. We got a variety of fries. Rings, wings and pizza, a couple of soft drinks and spent $33 plus tip, and we brought home leftovers. We cycled up to the outdoor covered porch part of the restaurant, & seated ourselves. A personable waitress came out & soon our meals arrived. I ordered a Sweet Chili Burger with potato salad. My only complaint was I ordered the burger medium well, but the burger arrived very much undercooked with lots of red in it. I debated saying something, but I was so hungry I went for it. The burger was absolutely delicious. The beef had to be at least 1/3 pound. The sauce & onions were a fantastic combo as a topping. The potato salad seemed homemade & was much better than store-bought. I'd return again for a burger in the future. And when I do, I'll try again to get it cooked medium well.“

“I have been coming to Tomfoolery Lounge for years and it's a nice place to unwind and relax. The bartenders are always kind and helpful to any needs. You can also smoke inside here so you're not a smoker or a fan of being around smoke, proceed with caution. Some days are a tad smokies than others. John Laidlaw is there Dj for kareoke on Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 9 pm to 1 a.m. He has a heart of gold just be respectful and you'll have no issues with anyone here. There is also free pool on Saturdays if you want to hang by the pool table or darts. I highly recommend this place as relaxing kareoke spot. Restrooms are also very clean and always taken care of.“
