“Upon arrival , I was frustrated about my commute. Upon entering the establishment.I was greeted by an employee named donald. He was very kind and sympathetic to how my day was going. He offered any kind of assistance that he possibly could give to make my day better and he did. He also showed concern of my well being , which meant a lot to me as a customer. “I wish I could give them 1000 stars. Although I have always been a fan of Basil’s chicken, today just made me love them even more. We had an event and our catering that we prepaid for didn’t show up. If you know basils then you know they always have an impressive spread of chicken over the open flame and I had 60 hungry home visitors to feed. I called at 12pm and asked for the manager, told her the situations she said she could have chicken, salad, broccoli, mashed potatoes, and pita bread ready for me in an hour. She did and of course it was amazing as always. So grateful that they saved the day. Everyone loved the food! Thank you so much.“
