we went to the Zaxby's on 14th St. in Bradenton yesterday. While the food was very good, the service was terrible and the entire staff was unfriendly. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich without ranch dressing g and the cashier argued with me that the sandwich doesn't come with ranch. I had to show her that it was literally the second ingredient listed.
