“Literally my new favorite restaurant. Chicken and rice is my favorite meal, but the sauce/topping has to be flavorful, the rice has to be fluffy, and the chicken has to be quality. This place checks all the boxes amazingly. I spent 6 weeks in Bradenton and enjoyed the boneless wings (sweet chili) and rice 6 times. On a couple occasions I treated myself to a mango smoothie. I love the fact that you can dial down the sugar content if you want.”

Our daughter turned us on to MJ's and, with high hopes, we set off to find this rather non-descript exterior tucked next to a convenience store just off SR64. Don’t let the exterior fool you. Inside, the food, service and ambiance exceeded our every expectation. Five of us sampled six different menu offerings and all of us were struck by the complex flavors a good kitchen can produce. A clearly well-experienced server, Mattie was knowledgeable about the entire menu, attentive to our needs -- but not to a fault -- and allowed us to proceed at our own pace. Can’t wait to return and try some more dishes!”

They constantly have great shows and events, including those for local residents to perform with open mics and poetry reading. Also, the drink menu is carefully and thoughtfully curated. The coffee is fantastic. The cocktails are fun and delicious. The non-alcoholic options are more extensive than anywhere I’ve been in our area. I absolutely love checking out shows here. In my hometown up north, there was a local or traveling bands playing original music somewhere nearly every night of the week and I’m from a town of 100k. Oscura brings me back to those days and the vibes are immaculate.”

“My family and I visited Bayshore Nutrition for the first time yesterday and were very pleased with the overall service and and experience as a whole. We were greeted upon walking in, she took our orders and made them, quite fast and accurately I might add, and then explained the benefits to each of our drinks, told us how many calories were in the smoothies, which I found really helpful as I am a person that tracks the calories I have each day so I really appreciated that. The smoothies were all REALLY GOOD, HEALTHY & BENEFICIAL. We agreed that we'd definitely be visiting again and soon!”

“My first visit. Off the chain great food! We had the Greek salad, garlic knots, cheese bread, and 2 different pizzas. The best I've ever had NY style pizza. Passed the flop test on the pizza crust with flying colors, very thin and super crispy.The cheese bread was super fresh and epically crispy, cheesy, buttery delicious. I suggest eating in the restaurant if you want to experience the "straight out of the oven" ultimate crispy crusts. They have great taste in the music that was playing as well. A complete 5 star experience across the board for this little restaurant. This place is now definitely my "Only" place in Bradenton to eat pizza, Greek salad, garlic knots, and cheese bread. “I reviewed the "food" meaning the coffee. They don't really have food here. They have a couple of bagels and a pastry or two, but nothing that looked like something I really wanted, today at least.I did what I often do and said, "What's your favorite drink?" And then told them to make it for me. I'm not even sure what it was, but it was good. The coffee was smooth and easy on my tummy. Tasted sweet, but not sugary.The cups are 20 oz cups and most of the prices are between $4-$5. Maybe a little expensive. They do have a loyalty program that apparently works through Cash app (?). You put in your cell number and it tells you to use Cash app to check your points. One point per beverage.There's seating inside and outside. They also have a community board for people to put up business cards. Parking is right there with the parking garage. It's a nice place to meet with friends or to go by yourself, like to study or read. I'm sure I'll be back.Parking: It's in the same building as a parking garage. The main floor is for the hotel, but the upper floors are free parking for the community, including patrons of orange blossom Cafe.”

“Our absolute favorite Indian Restaurant in Sarasota Bradenton. It's delicious, the staff is friendly, and they are willing to make oil-free vegan options. So much flavor. We tried this place the week they opened a couple of years ago and were apprehensive when we saw the exterior and the location. We walked in and the smell was amazing and it was classy looking inside. They staff was so friendly. The food was delicious. We have been going back ever since.”

“My Mom just got out of the hospital and my Dad is her caretaker which typically means they are eating frozen dinners and take out. They also live outside the delivery area for all of the food delivery apps. I live in Atlanta so I was looking for a solution that could feed them healthy food that was palatable for people over 60 and that would not break the bank. I called fitlife and explained my situation and they told me how their service worked. They also did so with empathy and were willing to do whatever it took to help my parents. You have no idea what that means to the consumer to feel like someone cares and wants to help. I often feel helpless up here in Atlanta with my aging parents down in Florida. I was able to view the inventory that they had in the store, pick out their meals for the next few days and when my parents arrived about 45min later they ran out the door with their food. My parents did not even have to get out of the car. After they picked it up I received a phone call from Hailey and Victoria letting me know that they got their food and told me how sweet my mom was. That is epitome of customer service and I will definitely share my experience. Its sad that service like this rare now-a-days. Thank you for taking care of my parents when I could not.”

“We highly recommend this restaurant for so many reasons! To begin with we just recently got back from Montego Bay, Jamaica, and couldn’t believe how authentic and tasty the food at this place is!! Today we started with some ice-cold Red Stripe beers followed by the curry goat entrées with amazing sides… my wife had the macaroni and cheese, and the sweet plantains while I had the cabbage and the rice and beans. Everything was beyond delicious and I couldn’t get it in my mouth fast enough. Come here for the food and it will not disappoint.”

As the grill was heating up he entertained us by flipping and twirling spatulas, an egg, and even tossed a piece of food so a diner could catch it in her mouth. “Went there for New Year's Eve. Everything was exceptional. From the time we arrived around 9, until we closed the place down after midnight. The greeting was friendly. Got a great table. Service by Brodie (sp) was exceptional. She was there when we needed something as if she had a 6th sense. The food was as good as I’ve had in a while. The mussels had the best broth I can remember. The grouper plicata was an unusual and tasty dish. The espresso martini was excellent. The band. Donnie Bostic, was professional, fun and entertaining. We love to dance and they put out a great dance beat. Overall, I cannot recommend this restaurant more highly.”

We did the online pizza party deal for our son’s first birthday - it was an amazing deal and even though we thought we’d have a lot of leftover food, it was all gone by the end of the night! The food was ready at the pick-up time we chose, pizzas hot, and the salad and roll sides were such great accompaniments. Those rolls and their dipping sauce are to die for! There's a spot in ever journey that you've traveled before that you know is approaching at some point soon, the anticipation builds - but what is this place? It's many different things to many different people and the symbolism is also different. These trips, I anxiously awaited seeing the WAWA sign in Jersey. I thought it was the Canadian Goose looking logos name, but it wasn't. But inside there were treats of pies and ice cream and no gasoline, so I was surprised to see the pizza and the pumps wayyy down here. Because you know what they say in Florida, other than "go on vacation and leave on probation" is "the further north you go, the more southern it gets" and the opposite is also true here.My buddy wanted to try their pizza, I was lukewarm at best to his proposal but we did it anyway. I have a neighbor that speaks about WAWA, as in everything about it, (the food especially) with such reverence, I do believe it's his favorite restaurant and I'm not sure if I should tell him that it's a convenience store and gas station. He's a peculiar fellow so all of what he says makes complete sense to me because I guess we're all a little crazy around here and be beyond here, the whole worlds gone a bit crazy I'd say He loves his $2.79 a pack of "Miami grown and local" 305 cigarettes and at over two packs a day, mind you that's not included his 305 purple or gold cigar habit and all of the smoke that he's sucked up has turned him a shade of ashen grey, there's a big missing teeth issue too.16" veggie, marinara, mozzarella cheese fill, red onions, green peppers and mushrooms. The crust was that bouncy south of the Mason Dixon Line weird no crumbs kind, nobody gets it right because nobody needs to because nobody knows better and the few that do just go to the beat of this drum and I guess I do it.”

I will update this review when I find out this wonderful employee's name.Parking: The drive thru is set up in a way that the parking lot is very difficult for people to enter and exit the spaces. Also, because of the direction of the drive thru, I have seen many, many car accidents occur on one of the busiest streets in West Bradenton. It seems critical for this issue to be fixed. It can very literally can save lives.Kid-friendliness: Not very kid-friendly at all. This location closes down and locks up the PlayPlace at 7pm. So many working parents wouldn't be able to arrive to the restaurant until at least 7pm and now these hard working people are hungry and having to comfort their crying, upset children because they aren't able to play on the McDonald's playground. This is more than ridiculous, it's insane. For the children, their parents and other people in the restaurant who have to witness these kids who are so understandably upset. McDonald's is and has always been advertised as a restaurant to bring children for a wonderful experience and it is the complete opposite at this location.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is accessible, as long as the handicap accessible parking spaces aren't blocked by cars waiting in the drive thru.”

“I was jonesing for a Peanut Buster Parfait, so I pulled into this Dairy Queen with eager anticipation. When I walked in the door, I was hit by a wave of nostalgia. I used to go to Dairy Queen all the time when I was a youngun, and just reading the menu took me back... Mr Misty was my go-to treat as a kid. Who could resist a slushy with lots of flavor syrup as they make them? Not this kid! Then, when I grew older and Blizzards were created, I became addicted to them in college and visited The Queen often for an M&M Blizzard with chocolate ice cream ?. Always, though, Peanut Buster Parfait (PBP) made with butterscotch sauce was an option that popped up now and then to end up in my hand instead of Mr. Misty or PBP, but because I didn't like hot fudge as a kid, I always replaced it with butterscotch.Now, here I was staring at a menu from my childhood mixed with the future (ok, technically the present, but my childhood me would have thought it was the future) and I realized I now had a dilemma on my hands regarding what I wanted to order. Peanut Buster Parfait? Blizzard (so many delicious flavor options!)? Mr Misty? My brain was overloaded with joy.WAIT! I came here for a PBP made with butterscotch, loaded with salty peanuts in ice cream, my FAVORITE treat, by golly, that's what I was gonna get.I ordered it and was told they no longer carry butterscotch SAUCE (writing this now, I vaguely remember when they discontinued their butterscotch sauce. Ugh), but instead, their butterscotch is only the hard dip butterscotch, from when you dip your cone. So, I did as the employees suggested and got caramel. Then I asked for a dip of butterscotch on top at the end. It was pure heaven because they gave me an extra thick dip that dropped down and formed a thick ring of solid butterscotch around the top of the ice cream, on top of the last layer of caramel and peanuts that I had to chop through to get to the layers below. Eating that PBP was an experience, and well worth the millions of calories I took in doing so. Next time, though, I'm gonna have to get a Blizzard, because Dairy Queen is where I perfected the M&M with peanut butter sauce Blizzard, so I could pass it on to Sweet Berries. They are the original Blizzard/Concrete”

The food was served hot and fresh. I have no complaints at all. Everything was delicious and even the bathroom is fresh and clean. “Febuary 17, 2023 We found Robin's Downtown Cafe on our stay in Bradenton this week and it was so good we ate breakfast there four times. The staff is excellent, very friendly and a pleasure to be around. By the second time we were there they even knew we were having a regular and decaf coffee for me and my wife.
