Stopped by Coastal Smash FL recently and gave the Tsunami Bacon Double a try.
Two smashed beef patties with bacon, American cheese, lettuce, tomato, grilled onions, pickles, and their special sauce on a toasted brioche bun. Simple smashburger setup, but they executed it well.

Absolutely love these burgers. My daughter and I went there 3/26/25 This was the first time I had a “smashed” burger and I figured it would be dry. Yes I was skeptical to say the least. I was in for a big surprise!!! Great burgers, It’s a good truck but the service was great. Today will be the 2nd time we will be going back… Did i mention great burgers? I had the Oklahoma burger, and I’m getting it again.
