“An iced coffee or latte should not be poured over the ice hot. You should have premade espresso or coffee and that is put on the ice.
When you pour hot liquids over ice, you do nothing but water them down and melt the ice.
The food was decent, not overly impressed. The price is a little high. Maybe it's just the area.“

“We used to enjoy Sweet Berries, dedpite habitually slow service. No more, after last night. We ordered soups & salads (most likely already prepared) to eat in, then sat & sat & sat while to-go orders were called - several of them had bern put in AFTER we had ordered. After half an hour my husband checked with them as to the status & was told it would be right up. More to-go orders were taken * filled, while we sat, waiting. We finally threw in the towel & demanded our money back & left. We won't ne back, and we will no longer recommend Sweet Berries to others.“

“Firehouse is my favorite sub shop. I get the Italian on wheat, fully involved no onions. This is not the best one in town. I don't think they steamed it. Regardless, I will return, maybe to a different location. The menu is the shizza.

“I use our local store on Cortez here in Bradenton Florida. Atleast once a week we get one of full boxes, the kids love these sandwiches. They never fail! I have them catered, they are here on time everytime, and quality is GREAT! I recommend them! They have a great selection and they wont let you down“

“I really enjoy this Jersey Mike’s; they’re attentive, efficient, and dedicated. I’m not exactly sure what position she holds (I suspect a shift lead or a manager), but Kail is AMAZING! I’ve only ordered from her a few times, but she *always* remembers what it is I order (I only ever do pepperoni and salami with white american cheese instead of the original italian with provolone), and that is super important to me. 100/10!! :)“

“Amazing‼️I’ve had Charley’s before not at this location but I have to say it was pretty decent cheesesteak. But what impressed me the most was that I asked for was some A-1 steak sauce and they said they didn’t have any. So I started to eat and the associate had went in the store and bought a bottle of A-1 and brought it to me. Amazing service and you can tell they really care about their customers.“

“I don’t really leave reviews cause who has the time but I think the staff at this location deserve a raise. I’ve only been here twice, and have received phenomenal service both times. Steven (Stephen?) is extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient and you can tell he cares about his coworkers and takes pride in his work. Mason is very personable, takes the time to make sure you are getting exactly what you want the way you want it, and also cares deeply about helping the people who come into his store. “Above and beyond customer service like I experienced just now should be recognized.

I placed an in store pick up today during lunch and just as I pulled in to grab my food my toddler fell asleep in the back seat.

I called the store and begrudgingly asked if someone could run my bag out to the car to avoid waking my daughter up.

Jake, who answered the phone not only took care of this for me but made it obvious from his tone and demeanor that it wasn't a bother for him at all.

“I came in at about 6 30 there was only 1 employee in the and it was probaly the best subway experience I've had in my life. The whoe store was clean and well kept and the employee Kevin was very kind and welcoming some one should give him props.“
