“Had the pleasure of visiting today 02.02.26 for the third time and I have to admit, I've never seen such a well, out together team that all actually look like they love what they do.
Me and mine noticed not only how clean the restaurant was along with the smiles the staff served but also noticed General Manager Eric. He was very kind, was in the mesh with his team doing all the same work but offering a big, warm welcoming smile to all the guests.
What a gem of a place.“

“I usually have the great experience at any Subway I have visited! Today I went to Subway in Parrish, Fl ad the line was at the door with 8-9 people waiting…because my favor Subway in Ellenton, Fl was closed down !?? I think the store in Parrish is so busy at 11:00-1:30pm because it’s the only Subway and everybody now that Ellenton has NO Subway! Staff is over worked with the amount of people.“

“Stopped by this Jersey Mike's in Florida and it was great! The employees were very friendly, the veggies were super fresh, and the place was fairly quiet, despite being kinda busy. I wish the employees were as friendly in the Burien Washington location.....“

“Firehouse is my favorite sub shop. I get the Italian on wheat, fully involved no onions. This is not the best one in town. I don't think they steamed it. Regardless, I will return, maybe to a different location. The menu is the shizza.

“Great store! Owner of the store is always nice and friendly. I live closer to other Subways, but drive an extra 10-15 to visit this location since they never mess up my online order, and everything is really good/fresh. Store is always clean too.“

I would like to take a moment to recognize the outstanding service I recently experienced at your Subway location. During my visit, there were only two staff members working while managing a line that extended nearly out the door. Despite the overwhelming demand, both the employee and manager handled the situation with professionalism, efficiency, and remarkable composure.
It was evident that they were under significant pressure, yet they continued to provide quality service to each customer without losing their patience or positive attitude. Their ability to stay organized, courteous, and focused in such a high-stress environment truly deserves recognition.
Team members like these are a valuable asset to your company and represent your brand with excellence. I strongly believe their hard work and dedication should not go unnoticed—they absolutely deserve a raise and acknowledgment for their efforts.

“I don’t really leave reviews cause who has the time but I think the staff at this location deserve a raise. I’ve only been here twice, and have received phenomenal service both times. Steven (Stephen?) is extremely friendly, helpful, and efficient and you can tell he cares about his coworkers and takes pride in his work. Mason is very personable, takes the time to make sure you are getting exactly what you want the way you want it, and also cares deeply about helping the people who come into his store. Amazing work from these gentlemen and all of the staff at this location, keep it up!!“

“Amazing‼️I’ve had Charley’s before not at this location but I have to say it was pretty decent cheesesteak. But what impressed me the most was that I asked for was some A-1 steak sauce and they said they didn’t have any. So I started to eat and the associate had went in the store and bought a bottle of A-1 and brought it to me. Amazing service and you can tell they really care about their customers.“

“I stopped by Jimmy John’s and ordered the Italian sub, and overall it was a great experience. The place was really clean and well kept, which made it feel comfortable to eat inside. As soon as I put my card in to pay, my sandwich was already ready — they truly live up to the “freaky fast” service!
The sub was delicious and fresh, just how I like it. I even took some pictures of the inside because everything looked so nice and organized. Usually I go through the drive-through, but this time I decided to go inside and I’m glad I did. There were some people there, but it was very spacious so everyone had plenty of room. The noise level was moderate, not too loud, which made it a relaxing place to eat.
On top of that, the staff was nice and friendly, which made the experience even better. Overall, I really enjoyed my visit and will definitely keep coming back to this Jimmy John’s.“

“It is one of the cleanest locations in the area. I love the service and never have any issues with food. Just make sure you're there before lunchtime. Anytime between 12:15 and 12:45, you more than likely will have a crowd in front of you, but it doesn't take too long.“
