“I visit this Starbucks location off FL-64 and Interstate 75 several times a week, and I can honestly say the experience is exceptional every single time.

What stands out most isn’t just the coffee—it’s the people.

Vic, the manager, leads with such genuine kindness and grace. He listens, he cares, and he consistently goes above and beyond in a way that feels natural, not forced. That same energy is reflected in the entire team. Every staff member I’ve encountered is warm, attentive, and truly present.

One thing that means a great deal to me personally is how seriously they take my lactose allergy. Anytime I request a clean steamer container, there is never hesitation or inconvenience. It’s handled immediately, respectfully, and with care. That level of attentiveness makes me feel safe—and more importantly, seen.

What’s even more special is the consistency. Whether it’s early morning or later in the day, the team shows up with the same positive attitude, the same smiles, and the same recognition. They know my name. They remember me. And that may seem small, but it makes a lasting impact.

This isn’t just a place I come for coffee—it’s a place I return to because of how I’m treated. The kindness, the respect, and the genuine care from this team truly make my day, every time I walk through the door.

I’m incredibly grateful for this location and will be personally reaching out to District Manager Sarah Hedges to make sure she knows just how outstanding this team is.

“Atmosphere is usually great, today there were some rude customers being disrespectful to staff, which killed the vibe. The staff handled things professionally and calmly. Maddie was our Barista and she was kind and mature, obviously trying to make sure our experience wasn't ruined by a drive thru guest being unreasonable. Kudos to her. We will still return, and support your location bc of how your staff managed the situation.“

“Super friendly staff even when busy. I always ask the cashier to just give me their favorite drink and it's always a lovely surprise. Today I had a Matcha with Brown Sugar and Caramel and it tasted just like a Boba-Tea! I Love coming to this location, everyone is awesome and very talkative.“
