“I just wanted to take a moment to recognize Justice because he truly deserves the appreciation! ❤

I stopped by Starbucks yesterday during some pretty bad weather, and it was very clear that the store was extremely busy and understaffed. There was a long line, and after waiting about 30 minutes, I did have a couple of issues with my drink. Even with everything going on, Justice was still so kind and professional. I didn’t want to add any more stress to an already overwhelming situation, so I decided to come back the next day to explain what happened with my order.

When I came back, Justice was incredibly understanding, accommodating, and kind. He listened to my concerns and made sure everything was taken care of without ever making me feel like I was being difficult or an inconvenience. I really appreciated the way he handled everything.

I’ve worked in a fast-paced environment similar to Starbucks before, so I completely understand how stressful it can be when you’re short-staffed, the weather is bad, and you have a huge rush of customers. I honestly think the staff was doing the best they could yesterday, and I especially want to give Justice recognition for being so patient and professional through it all.

“Atmosphere is usually great, today there were some rude customers being disrespectful to staff, which killed the vibe. The staff handled things professionally and calmly. Maddie was our Barista and she was kind and mature, obviously trying to make sure our experience wasn't ruined by a drive thru guest being unreasonable. Kudos to her. We will still return, and support your location bc of how your staff managed the situation.“

“Expanded seating area outside, with shrubs and flowering plants and shade. Some road noise and speaker sound from drivers ordering. Music is pleasant but for those with impaired hearing… a little harder to converse. Servers are delightful and accommodating. Chairs and tables do the job. I have not tried the food; nothing healthy. No apples, bananas or walnuts. Fruit cups, as found in convenience stores, with grapes, strawberries, watermelon, etc) would be a practical option, but are not yet available. Yogurt offered is very high in saturated fat, while saying no added sugars, is still 10 grams of sugar. Better options should be available.“

“TJ is the best! I love seeing his smiling face in the morning and hearing his energetic voice over the drive-through speaker I’ve been coming here for years that I’m so glad that he is one of the ones that have stuck it out because he makes

“The drinks are consistently delicious, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is comfortable whether you're meeting friends or just relaxing alone a reliable spot for good coffee and great service. I always order my oat milk on the side the staff is always very kind.“

“I just went to this Starbucks for some pre-work coffee & the lady working the drive thru window was SUCH a pleasure. She really made my day brighter with how happy & kind she was. “I've had mixed experiences in Starbucks in the past, but I wanted to take a moment to say just how amazing Kim the manager is. Every interaction with her I've had has been lovely, and you can really tell how much she cares about the work she does. I've seen her run that store so well over the years, as well as how sweet her interactions with her baristas and the customers can be. She is someone who has made an impact on me in the times I've interacted with her, and I just wanted to say that she is the difference in what makes this Starbucks store stand out to me.“

“Unusual Starbucks, had very nice, ample seating areas; most Starbucks have a few hard, uncomfortable seats inside and same outside, which, this time of year, I do not want to sit outside in the love bug filled steambath!! Will definitely be back.“
