“I ordered a venti iced moca. The straw bin was empty, and the barista brought my drink but didn't offer a straw, so I stood waiting to get her attention for 5 minutes. I finally got her attention, and she brought a bag of straws to fill the bin. Now all I needed was my sandwich, which was by the window. It must have been put there before I walked in. Often, I change my plan when I order online depending on the length of the line outside. If I arrive at the store and see 5 cars waiting, I will go inside even if I designated drive up when I ordered. Usually, at my store in Watertown CT, all the online orders are on the counter. If the order is complete, it will be shown in the pos system, and my phone will show a message from the app that the order is complete. There was no message that the order was placed or complete, which is why I stood there thinking my food had not been finished. Not sure what happened there, but something ain't right. Just saying.“
“Great atmosphere, customer service and fresh coffee and delicious eats. The Baristas are dressed appropriately with green aprons that complement their look. I visited one in Venice where the Baristas wore low cut revealing clothing. It was like you were in a night club at 8 AM not a coffee house. I prefer the Coffee House style and atmosphere ?“
“It is not very often that I get on to write a review about a corporate business, but I had to after my experience visiting today. When I walked in, I was greeted pleasantly and professionally. The store was pretty busy, and Matthew was doing an outstanding job of helping other coworkers, as well as knocking out three and four drinks at a time. He greeted everybody by name with a smile as well, which is incredibly impressive. This is a great location and you have great people in place to manage it.“
