“I just want this documented. These baristas at this location are freaking awesome. The turnaround that happened once new management. Cough cough. Jacob. Stepped in, should be the example all other locations should follow. The current trends, the oppressive internal politics is slowly eroding that. This team hustles their butts off only for corporate to harp them over ticket times and order them to work FASTER, FASTER, FASTER! These employees are in fight or flight all day for their shifts. It has created a noticeable energy shift in the staff. They have one of the coolest jobs out there, they should be able to be human for a little while. If Starbucks wants robots, buy some robots. These baristas move as fast as they can, and upper management needs to have their backs, not constantly hover over em. Treat these employees with more dignity. They've put up incredible metrics for y'all. Anyone who sits in this store for an hour can see the scale of this locations sales. They kick butt. And people do notice. Corporate should as well.“
