I have been to this location a few times and every single time I had to wait a very long time to receive my order . Average wait time is 10-20 minutes .
One item and I had to wait 25 minutes and only reason I even stopped here was due to having to hurry and hoping it would be quick . They saw me standing here and didn’t even care to ask which order I am waiting on. Then when I asked they were rude about it and didn’t even apologize for the wait .

I’ve been here twice, the first time I was expecting it to be a little wait they were extremely busy but it was almost 35 minutes which is a bit insane in my opinion. However, not an issue I can wait but today I walk in after doing a mobile order. I’m waiting an additional 10 minutes before you even go and it’s still not ready and I still ended up waiting another 10 minutes. Check your receipts. We went this afternoon with my son and got drinks and a snack before shopping at the mall. I got my son a tall drink and myself a grande drink. I paid with the app and as we were drinking out drinks I noticed they were rung up at the same price. I brought it to their attention, and they told me to contact customer support to get it fixed (which they didhelped fix the change).

Starbucks Coffee Company offers excellent coffee and Frappuccino drinks that meet high standards. The location is convenient and great, though the entrance near the register can be crowded with more than 10 people. Service quality has varied; some staff members have been unfriendly and unhelpful, but recent staffing improvements have made a positive difference. The new team is friendly, helpful, and go above and beyond, such as offering to wash the blender to prevent cross-contamination. Customers appreciate the attentive service, especially from staff like Allison and Emily. Additionally, the manager demonstrated great customer care by making a free morning coffee for a customer before the store officially opened. Overall, Starbucks Ellenton has a good location with a team that provides warm and helpful service.
