I dont like the coffee or food here. All the time my coffees are mix with water or other stuff for real. The flavor horrendus and I always finish throw on the trash. They need take good people who know how make real coffee because is a 0 hopefully i can bring 0 stars because always is the same. I prefer now order my coffee and stuff on the 301 starbucks. There make awesome job.

Terrible service… 3/29 waited 10 minutes to get my drink and it was incorrect. Ordered the new lavender matcha tea. Other customers that came in after me were getting their drinks. Apparently mine cup was seating there laying around… after checking on my order … they make me the wrong drink. Then the young man was taking his sweet time making it… walking like a slug … No good customer service. The manager really need to train her workers better. I should feel like my service:purchase is bothering the employees. The worse service I’ve received from any Starbucks. Also the place was not clean.

This Starbucks was a little stifled, and we couldn't use the restroom, they closed it off because they closed it early so they could leave right away after the doors were locked. We were there 30 minutes before it was closing time.

I never go here cause it's always busy but I got lucky and there was no line and I happened to have some gift cards. I order an iced venti caramel macchiato and the guy taking my order was stoned out of his mind. I give him my gift card and since it's a paper gift card the back up messed up and couldn't be scanned and the guy was too lazy to type in the card number and tried giving it back to me but luckily there was a cashier with some brain cells left and had him type in the card number. I get my drink and it's hot and not iced so they remake it for me and they didn't make the drink right, and it wasn't even filled to the top. Store was filthy too. I'd rather see no Starbucks here at all than have this dump.

This the 5th time i've ordered White Chocolate Mocha and they bring out Dark Chocolate Mocha, and whats crazy is today when i ordered it, they forgot to even give me the drink, had to ask for it again, and gave me another Dark Chocolate Mocha.

I ordered a caramel macchiato and what I got was a cup of milk. I complained and was told I put 2 shots in there. I said if it looks like milk and tastes like milk something is wrong with your espresso machine. She said take your straw and lid off and I'll put another shot in there. She gave it back and I said again there is something wrong with your machine please give me a cold coffee with cold foam (that can't get screwed up) they actually had to discuss whether they were going to do this or not........are you kidding me?? They were rude, literally didn't want to make it right and when they finally decided to give me a cold brew they made everyone else's and made me wait. The Manager sat at the counter drinking her Starbucks and never even said sure let me make this right for you. NOBODY APOLOGIZEDYOU CHARGE TO DAMN MUCH FOR A CUP OF COFFEE TO ACT LIKE THIS. THIS IS THE ONLY Starbucks that this has ever happened at.

Took about 40 minutes to get a simple coffee. I had a lot to do yesterday and I'm sitting around in this Starbucks waiting forever and there were not many people in the shop. Very disappointed with this place.

The one positive thing was the cashier. She was helpful and funny. It ended there. The drink I ordered was the easiest item, single espresso macchiato. Not what I got. I asked them to please remake. They didn't understand what was wrong. How about the size they gave me was a tall! Heavy and Full of coffee. They remade and gave me COLD espresso. Hope management steps in to correct this as I just lost $3.60.
