Rating solely on today’s purchase of a caramel frappe. Love the frappe, buy it frequently and feel it is much better than the Starbucks I was addicted to for years, but today the whipped cream topping tasted spoiled which basically ruined the whole drink.
I have never had a worse experience at a fast food place, or waited 50 minutes for fast food either. The manager at this location, Ryan, is rude and dismissive of customers and cannot even speak to customers, but hides in the back and makes other people go in his place. Not only did i wait 50 minutes for my order (placed 25 minutes before breakfast stopped), but when i received it i was missing several of my items because they waited until AFTER breakfast to make my order.
