They are really nice people. They just always forget like half my order and I always have to turn back around and show them. The food is fresh and hot don’t get me wrong but they just always forget to put the stuff I paid for in my bag
After I got home, discovered drive-thru order was barely edible. Hamburgers tasted like they were sitting around too long. One hamburger was slightly burnt and had a hole in it. I won't be back for a long time, if at all. Date was Friday, September 30, 2026 around 7 pm.
It’s always slow here. Always. I’m always waiting 5-10 minutes at the LEAST. It’s the poorest run McDonald’s I’ve experienced. Unfortunately, it’s also the closest. Hire motivated people, your staff hates it here.

The staff members can make a significant difference in the overall experience, with some being particularly friendly, patient, and attentive to customer needs. The food is generally satisfactory, with some reports of hot, appetizing meals and quick service. While there may be occasional issues, such as cold fries, the management is responsive in addressing them. Customers appreciate the quick, easy, and cheap options, with some enjoying the ability to eat in their vehicles with a waterfront view when parking in just the right spot.
