Truthfully the service was ok. They didn't clear any empty plates untill the table was so full they literally had to. Had an empty soda for awhile before my waitress came back. I got the chicken tender plate and they were massively over done and dried out.
food was pretty mid tbh but the service was fantastic. the waitress was quick to bring us drinks, bring food out and helped us resolve allergy concerns we had. some of the food wasn't the best though. the place was clean and the place wasn't loud. the host was very quick and friendly with seating us as we were a walk in of 7 and you would expect longer waiting times.

Service... great!Food... okay. For me, many chain restaurants seem to carry a different quality level of food... how and where they purchase their food.Atmosphere was okay. 3 stars because it was FREEZING, and their choice in music did NOT fit the crowd. I almost left, I found it very annoying.
