This time it was time for pick up order. On a positive note, the food was absolutely fantastic—every dish was delicious, packed with flavor, and clearly made with fresh ingredients. However, the pickup process left some room for improvement. Despite arriving at the designated time, I had to wait quite a while before my order was ready. Le Ann the bartender is funny, makes amazing drinks. We come in every Sunday just to see her and entertain great conversations.
Okay so we have been to multiple Applebee's and every time we've been very disappointed. We've experienced dry food, stuff in our food that didn't belong, bad service, you name it. We had a gift card today and we came to this one thinking that we'll at least get cheaper meal and compared to fast food.
