“We were driving into Florida from NC and were needing a second coffee for the day and Johnathan was amazing! He made the best sweet cream cold brew and his kindness made the difference when running on just a couple hours of sleep. Thank you Johnathan!“

“So I don't normally stop at this Starbucks because its out of my way but this is the second time stopping. The workers are always amazing and go above and beyond! I know that they write on everyone's cup and mostly you get the smiley face or enjoy! Those are both amazing and make me feel appreciated but today the person that wrote on my cup in the most beautiful handwriting and just made my morning after some hard days medically. So I want to say thank you!“

“I needed to come and give this guys a review because what a service!! I’ve never been in a better Starbucks. The drinks are made soooo deliciously, they have good recommendations, amazing manners. God! Someone has to enable the tipping option when you pay using your circle phone number because they deserve more every time. I rather to drive longer and get our drinks from here ✨“

“The mall has a lot of options for meals and drinks, but Starbucks is the center for beverages in the mall. So definitely it’ll be packed. What’s astounding is how much tunnel vision people can have. People watching here is atrocious. They’ll be selfish and stressing that their order that they placed 4 minutes ago hasn’t been made when there was a line when they got there and a whole bundle of people at the waiting area. Lots of people don’t think it’s a big deal to just “ask for a water” since it’s “so easy” when clearly they’ve got too much crap to handle in such a cramped space. I respect that they deal with that everyday and worse, during days with deals. Feels like people become snobby just because they ordered something priced high instead of for legitimate reasons. Annoying. And don’t get me started on the trash. They’ll not recognize that, by walking at most 14 steps, they’ll find a trash can or their own trash bins. No, they’ll just leave it on the counters, at the place near the straws and the tables, since apparently this is a restaurant. People, man. It feels stressful being there just cause people can’t understand basic manners and patience.“

“I love the Brandon location!!! I went to a different Starbucks in Wesley chapel and they messed up my iced coffee order and so I stopped at this Brandon location and they remade it and it was perfect! Lovely staff!! Thank you!! 😍☕“
