“Staff here is amazing! I called and changed something on my order and it got mixed up a bit but the girls today fixed it within honestly less than 45 seconds. I dont know how they do it. Thank you girls! You saved my rainy, hot coffee date with the hubby 💕“

“I visit this location very often. They are always friendly and have only made my order incorrectly twice out of a ridiculous amount of visits. While all staff are friendly, Brandon stands out as being very kind and efficient at the drive thru window.“

“This Starbucks is our go-to Starbucks. We stop at this Starbucks at least once a week on Sundays. We enjoy ordering online and having our breakfast sandwiches ready when we arrive. We have become regulars, and we know the employees by face and by how warmly they greet us. We'd like to give a special shout-out to Emily, who does a fantastic job of getting sandwiches and anything else that needs to be heated ready. She's fast, but very attentive, and somehow, with what seems like a boatload of orders, she gets the job done with a smile. Thank you, Emily! And to the rest of the team, we thank you all as well! You are all superstars! See you all again very soon!“
“Hello! I recently went here on September 15 for the Snoopy x Starbucks drop and I just had to say how professional the gentleman who opened was about the whole process. Unfortunately, I didn’t get his name. He greeted us and didn’t act like we were an inconvenience. He gave everyone a numbered ticket in the order they were in line to prevent people from pushing or shoving and all that craziness that happened in other locations on the internet. He told us how many glass cups he had and when someone wanted to know how many of the orange tumblers they had, he went in to check. Outstanding customer service. Also, the day before, I called to ask if they would have the drop and a lady answered the phone very quickly. Thank you!“

“Good coffee and Jace is a great customer service representative. The kindest Starbucks worker I’ve ever met. He noticed I was waiting longer than usual and handed me a gift card without me noticing the time. He went above and beyond expectations.“
“I love going to this Starbucks. I’ve never really had a bad experience. The staff are very nice and love getting to talk to workers in the drive thru.
I was sitting in the cafe studying and I saw Angie interacting with a customer who was definitely pissed off. She was very professional about it and stated the facts. I went up to her to tell her how great she did with that customer.“
