“Absolutely wonderful experience! As a very long term Starbucks user it’s unusual for me to be absolutely amazed by the atmosphere & level of service at a Starbucks location.
The welcome was very warm and although it was crazy busy i felt like we were treated as individuals.
Having a daughter who manages a Costa Coffee location (biggest coffee chain in the UK) i’m so aware of a member of staff like Chelsey and how they can make such a massive difference to how a location runs.
Chelsey was so friendly and managed to pick me out of a packed shop to let me know my drinks were next and chatted so sweetly while she made them.
Chelsey was absolutely ‘on it’ the whole time we were there and helped the shop work like a well oiled machine despite such a packed shop and drive thru.
To be honest, after a very testing day, Chelsey and the team made my day a much brighter day & i left with a smile on my face.

“I visit this location very often. They are always friendly and have only made my order incorrectly twice out of a ridiculous amount of visits. While all staff are friendly, Brandon stands out as being very kind and efficient at the drive thru window.“

The drive-thru at Starbucks on Socrum Loop is fast and efficient! Orders are always accurate, the line moves quickly even when busy, and the baristas are sweet and nice. My drinks are consistently made perfectly. One of the best Starbucks locations around!“

“I'm a bit of Starbucks newbie, been to a few in the past and wasn't overly impressed. I was recently gifted with a $50 card and figured I'd try it again.
I am a frequent customer of this location and the drinks while still overpriced, there are ways to save some money and get more value out of them.
They are always very friendly and accommodating here, never have an attitude, always going that extra mile.
The items I have been choosing have been very good and made exactly as I requested.
1 useful tip to save a little is get your own Starbucks size cup of your choice ( I purchased a Trenta flask ) and make sure in the customization on the app, choose your own cup. The savings is not much but they do also give you 25 star bonus points.“
