“We entered Starbucks to buy refresher drinks to cool down. The weather was sunny and temperate was around 95F. My 17-month old baby was crying loudly because he was so hot. Even though the store was very busy, Maddi approached us with a treat and a glass full of ice to cool him down. He calmed down within a minute. She was so kind. Excellent customer service.“
“I will totally come back because one of the ladies named Taylor even gave me a free coffee for my birthday 🎉 ☕!! And the cold brew is very good 👍 I also love the passion tea lemonade because it’s so good and a little pinch of sourness just so it doesn’t get too sweet!!!!“
“This Starbucks visit honestly made my day! I was walking around Magic Kingdom feeling thirsty and was so happy when I finally found this location. Just a heads up, there are usually huge lines, especially during peak hours, so be prepared to wait a bit.
The prices were the same as other Starbucks locations nearby, which was nice to see. I ordered a Venti Cannonball, and it came out perfect, exactly what I needed to cool down and keep going through the park.
A special shoutout to my barista, Charlie, who drew some awesome art on my cup. It was such a small gesture, but it genuinely made my day and added a little extra Disney magic to the experience. I honestly wish I could have kept it forever!
Great drink, friendly service, and a memorable experience. Definitely recommend stopping by if you're in Magic Kingdom and need a pick-me-up.“
“We actually frequent this place a lot. When you need a caffeine boost, but just can't handle Joffrey's subpar specialty coffees, you just gotta come back home to what's familiar. I'd say 5% of the PSL's I've had in my life have come from this Connections Cafe with the Starbucks inside. I have no regrets.
Ambiance is nice. It's air conditioned, and there is more than enough seating for you to do a couple of laps and wait for a table to open up. They also have stadium style benches that you can just lounge on and sip on your frappuccino while you cool off from the blistering Florida sun.
Service is good. The line is always two dozen people long at least, but they file through them as efficiently as possible.
I don't wanna get anyone into trouble, but if you have a favorite holiday-themed treat, but that holiday has passed, and you don't see if in the cabinet anymore, just ask the employees if there are anymore in the back. It may be worth your wild.
Overall, good spot. No complaints.“
“Terrible service. Took ages for the order I placed to come. People after me got their order before I did and I ordered one simple drink. The workers were rude and were not being helpful and assisting the customers. Told us to back away multiple times while we were waiting for our drink that we ordered 45 minutes ago. Do not come to this Starbucks unless you want to wait 45 minutes for a drink.“
