Her customer service skills were a 10/10—friendly, patient, and genuinely pleasant to interact with. She made my visit even better. Came in here around 1:30-2 on the day before Christmas Eve and they were all killing it in smiles and productivity while being absolutely slammed. “I've been coming to this location since they tore down Pebbles (old timers remember Pebbles). They have the friendliest staff of any Starbucks in a 10-mile radius, and my order is always on point. The drive through can get a little crazy at times, but I'll wait an extra 10 minutes to avoid visiting the other one across the street (other side of I-4). This is my oasis.“
