“Sent my coworker to grab some drinks and they came back with my drink ordered wrong (they are not a frequent Starbucks goer) called the store and they said they'd have a remake ready by thw time I arrived at the store and guess what was waiting for me as I walked through the door...my correct drink!“

“I want to give a huge shout-out to Mary at Starbucks! She is absolutely incredible and truly feels like the one who keeps the mornings running smoothly whenever she’s there. I’ve been coming to this location for years, and every time I see Mary, I know I’m going to have a great experience.
She not only makes sure my drink (the frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade — my favorite!) is perfect, but she also checks that my husband’s order is exactly how he likes it. What really stands out about Mary is how attentive she is to both customers and her team. Even when she’s busy, she’s calmly guiding the morning flow, keeping everything organized, and making sure her coworkers are set up for success.
Her professionalism, friendliness, and consistency make her an incredible asset to this store. The customer service here is top-tier, and Mary is a big reason why. Starbucks is lucky to have her!“

“I just want to give a shoutout to the employees who work at this location and I hope Starbucks recognizes what amazing people they have employed here! I was in the drive through today to get my dad a coffee to cheer him up after his sweet dog passed away. I spoke with Chris and asked if they could write his dogs name on the cup, he said absolutely we can do that and all of the employees went above and beyond! They all signed their names even though they were probably way too busy. This small act of kindness means so much to your customers, so thank you to everyone who took the time to be so kind!
