Starbucks in Winter Park

“I ordered two Iced Horchata Shaken Espressos through Uber Eats. Unfortunately, both drinks were filled with an excessive amount of ice. After the ice melted, there was very little actual beverage left. I understand that iced drinks contain ice, but the amount of drink did not match the size or value I paid for. I hope the store pays more attention to drink preparation and consistency in the future“

“I went into this store early this afternoon to buy three beverages. As always, the menu is quite diverse and offered a great variety of beverages, both hot and cold. Also, as always, the barista/servers were very helpful, friendly, and professional. What made this particular visit stand out, however, was a young man named AARON. I saw him bringing supplies from the back of the store to the serving area and then go to other parts of the store where he meticulously wiped down and cleaned all the services where people’s food and cups might touch. I was quite impressed with his efforts. As a retired Judge, most of the young men that I had seen of AARON’s age were in court because they were either hurting someone, stealing from someone, or doing drugs. In this case, I saw a young man working during the holidays, making the restaurant comfortable for others. I went over to him and asked his name and told him how much I respected what he was doing. His conduct in the store was so different than the conduct that I was used to seeing exhibited by young men who appeared before me in court. In my opinion, AARON is a definite asset to this store.

“I’ve been meaning to write this review for a very long time .I’m honestly about two years late! I want to give a huge shout out to the best barista I have ever come across. ZETIA.........
She truly deserves recognition for her exceptional personality and attentiveness. She always has the best attitude and the warmest smile.

What amazes me most is her incredible memory she never forgets me or my kids’ faces, and she remembers our orders every single time. That is truly magnificent!

While we’re at the register, she always asks the right questions so I don’t forget anything before our drinks are made, which helps avoid any inconvenience for the barista preparing them. That level of thoughtfulness goes a long way.

And I have to say , when she’s the one making our drinks, they always taste even better! She even creates special concoctions for us when we don’t want our usual order. That said, even when she’s not the one making them, we still happily return ,but she definitely adds something extra special to the experience.

Huge shout out to ZACH ( He made our drinks wednesday night ) he made my evening with his knowledge about all the ways I should try my drink. He made me a tasty new favorite. ( Cinnamon, banana caramel maciato ).

We genuinely appreciate everything she brings when she’s working. After all these years of shopping and ordering from this location, I’m honestly surprised she isn’t managing the place! The leaderhip has changed often since we have come in. Not sure if that is good or bad, but she is still around so thats a huge plus.

It’s not often that you receive such consistent, outstanding customer service, but my family and I certainly have with this young lady.

We recently found out she is still in college and pick up shifts(not often for us LOL ), which makes her dedication even more impressive.

I truly hope she continues to work here because she makes our visits so much better. I also hope the company continue ton recognize and retain amazing employees like her. Excellent hire!!!

“I love coming to this Starbucks at 2615 Lee Road in Winter Park to get out of the house and catch up on work. It’s always a comfortable and welcoming environment. One thing I really appreciate is how clean their bathroom always is; it makes a big difference when you’re here for a while.

The team greets you and other guests with a warm welcome every time you walk in, which sets a positive tone for the visit. Lisa and her team are consistently friendly and helpful. Great service and a great atmosphere!“

“Made a late-evening stop at Starbucks before hitting the road again. Were greeted by unorthodoxly kind, gracious, superlative service the likes of which we had never experienced, nor known possible, at this establishment. My spouse has been frequenting Starbucks for a few decades and this is the very first time our jaws were left ajar, to be scraped off the floor; kindness is rarified enough as is in this world, but Angel (who carries a wildly appropriate name) was the epitome of humanity and goodness. Dare I say if everyone treated one another the way he cared for two strangers, with unequivocal warmth, professionalism, benevolence and generosity, this world would look a whole lot different than it currently does. Popped in for cold brews and teas; left with warm hearts and soft smiles that lasted our two-hour drive back home to the coast. I am not a corporate or chain person, but I am a soul and humanity person, and will frequent this specific location in future visits to Winter Park solely for said magnanimity. If ever there was someone who merits a steep promotion, it's this one. If Angel headed Starbucks, I would likely drink coffee and have less of an aversion to corporations, too.“
