“This is the best starbucks! They get my order right every time. I travel farther from my house to attend this Starbucks everyday. They are fast in the drive thru and Trent is the best person in the drive thru every time. He is an upbeat person ask me how my day is going ? I enjoy talking to him thru the drive thru. He makes sure everything is right with my order and always checks my points to see if I can apply them towards free food and drink. Way to go Trent !“

“I have been going to Starbucks all over the country forever, however, this location Inhave frequently for the last year. No matter what time of day or what’s going on everyone in the Starbucks has been nothing but exceptionally kind and warm. A lot of other places have lost their customer service touch or just making you feel good when you leave. Every time I leave this location, they put a smile on my face. So a big shout out to the entire team of this location and whoever has instilled a culture of kindness and warmth. “I may visit this Starbucks a bit more than I should. While I am pretty ambivalent on Starbucks itself as a coffee company, the staff at this location are some of the most exceptional I have come across in my experience frequenting cafes. They are some of the friendliest people and their attitude makes this Starbucks feel a little more like a neighborhood coffee shop than a chain. I frequently mobile order and the baristas take the time to say hello and have a short conversation with me, even remembering my name (again - I probably spend more here than I should!) and asking about my day or weekend plans.

All told, little things like this make a huge difference in my day. It is nice to be remembered by your local haunts, and in times where human connection is more important than ever, I hope the staff at this Starbucks knows how much I appreciate their efforts.“

“One of the disappearing lounge Starbucks that are being converted to drive-thrus now. Comfortable seating, wi-fi, bathrooms, quiet atmosphere. I drink one coffee then get a free refill as I'm using my laptop or phone and then get another free refill to go. All for the price of one coffee.“

“My family really enjoy going to Starbucks but this particular location happens to be one we frequent more often because of its location. I can say that the staff here genuinely make you feel welcomed as a customer. We purchase Starbucks atleast 2-3 times a day and when we first stopped at this Starbucks in Lake Nona, it reminded us of an Starbucks we like in NYC. There’s a beautiful painting of a tiger in the wall and it’s perfect for then posh atmosphere. Whether we get a caramel macchiato or a match or a Frappuccino or a coffee cake, Jimmy and his staff with a HUGE shout out especially to Alec and Marcela and the lovely Genia (I’m not sure if this is how she spells her name), but they deliver the utmost hospitality. Always clean (even the restrooms) and lots of seating areas. Thanks for the hospitality and we’ll be seeing you again very soon!“

“There are two locations in the hotel - one in the main lobby and one in the conference area. Both very convenient. I found the one in the conference area to be less busy (maybe because it had not been discovered yet) - but they had a more limited menu there. Very friendly, quick service.“

“This Starbucks is located within the Main Plant of Lockheed Martin MFC. It is not accessible by the general public, you have to work at LM. It a real nice Starbucks replacing the former LM onsite museum but still keeping some of the displays and integrating them into the design of the Starbucks. As always, great coffee! “I visited this location recently while they were remodeling their original location upstairs so it was a bit crowded downstairs but efficient. Jordan provided amazing service while asking what I was looking for while she was in the opposite side handing and making orders. She stopped what she was doing and went in the back to find any additional chocolate milk for my daughter. Usually staff will say whatever is not out they don’t have in the back without even looking. She went above and beyond with the remaining order and saved me an additional stop.“

Due to its location, this starbies is very busy. Please practice patience while waiting. Remember, yelling at the staff won't help you get your coffee faster, BUT downloading the app WILL! I dont work for the bucks but have waited very long in the drive thru and have watched some rudeness towards the staff that could have been avoided if the Customers just DOWNLOADED THE APP, LOL! “this Starbucks is located inside of the Fairfield Inn \\u0026 Suites by Marriott in Orlando Florida. It's usually pretty empty which is nice because in Orlando everything has a long line. The Baristas are pretty quick and friendly too. It's very convenient to be able to walk out of my room and get coffee in the morning before hitting the theme parks. There's also a nice outside sitting area with a playground and Turf, even a basketball hoop which is part of the gym across the courtyard but it's right outside of the Starbucks which is great if you are traveling with little ones that want to hang out outside and get some exercise so they are not so energetic later on. All in all I give this place for stars because it's a little bit small compared to other Starbucks locations. I ordered an iced cappuccino and it came out great, my girlfriend ordered a chocolate mocha Frappuccino and she loved it too.“

I’ve lived in Orlando for many years and I currently frequent this particular location since my move! I have visited a lot of Starbucks locations and people seem to think that all coffee shops are alike?! No way! Orlando has a lot of your locations. We also have a lot of independent options here and there are plenty of places that I could go. The truth is as I don’t visit Starbucks just for the coffee, I visit for the energy and the attitude of the staff and employees who work there. O choose you for YOU! This location runs like a well oiled machine (line wrapped around a drive through most mornings) and my hat goes off to the general manger who knows how to choose the right people for the team! Every morning everyone is in a great mood, I don’t think there’s ever been a time I’ve entered the shop and not been greeted by at least three people. The facility is clean and well kept up and it’s evident that everyone takes pride in where they work! I don’t think you hear it enough, so I figured I would take time out of my busy day to let you know that you’re doing a great job! Keep it up!!“
