“Two fantastic experiences here in the drive thru back to back. First night we went through we ordered 3 drinks. All were outstanding with friendly service by staff! We even went back the very next night with the same order and were all yet again fantastic all the way around! We are from out of town and it was nice to have such a positive experience away from home. Great crew here who knows how to take care of their customers and knows a thing or two about making a damn good drink.“

“I may visit this Starbucks a bit more than I should. While I am pretty ambivalent on Starbucks itself as a coffee company, the staff at this location are some of the most exceptional I have come across in my experience frequenting cafes. They are some of the friendliest people and their attitude makes this Starbucks feel a little more like a neighborhood coffee shop than a chain. I frequently mobile order and the baristas take the time to say hello and have a short conversation with me, even remembering my name (again - I probably spend more here than I should!) and asking about my day or weekend plans.

All told, little things like this make a huge difference in my day. It is nice to be remembered by your local haunts, and in times where human connection is more important than ever, I hope the staff at this Starbucks knows how much I appreciate their efforts.“

“I had an exceptional experience this evening when I stopped for a Frappuccino and an express . The person behind the counter was genuinely warm, friendly, and welcoming, creating an inviting atmosphere that made the visit feel effortless and enjoyable.“

“I ordered the new berry matcha and the presentation wasn’t the best. I also waited over 20 minutes for it to be ready, even though I ordered online ahead of time. When I arrived, I noticed people who ordered in person received their drinks before me, so it seems ordering in person works better.

I also wish the space were cleaner and better organized the area could be used in a way that feels more comfortable for working. I usually choose Starbucks for office work because of the refills, but the atmosphere at this location isn’t very comfortable for that.“

“Nicest Starbucks I’ve ever been to (and I’ve been to a LOT). Baristas were super friendly, greeted everyone who came in and said bye to everyone who left, constantly communicated which orders they were working on, and were just overall good vibes. Tons of seating and everything was so clean and well-maintained, even the bathrooms. To top it off they made my coffee perfectly. Appreciated this team and the care they took for each customer!“

“This location was clean, service fast and friendly. Brown Sugar Oatmilk espresso as expected. My only issue was that the bathrooms were locked. I asked to be able to use the ladies room because the espresso was hittin. It seemed like nobody had a solution to my problem. However, I understand that this is a corporate/management issue. The baristas should not be put in the position of denying paying customers use of the bathrooms.“

The store is always clean, well-organized, and welcoming, and the baristas are always friendly and attentive. One barista in particular, Amber, truly stands out. She goes above and beyond every time I visit and always makes the experience even better. She makes my matcha perfectly every single time, and her positive attitude and care really make a difference. “We just came back from Cabana Bay. We stayed for 8 nights and loved it. It's a beautiful resort. Shuttles are awesome. We definitely took advantage of the pools, lazy river, bars and the many many food choices at the diner when we were not visiting parks. Starbucks is also right there. Store with beautiful merchandise. Maybe next time we stay, we can get a rainy day so we can enjoy the bowling alley and the arcade room😉 Thank you Cabana Bay Beach Resort for our wonderful stay! We sure had fun and came home with great memories.“

“I ordered an iced tall toasted coconut latte from the new spring menu, but it got rang up hot. I went and asked if it was alright to get it remade iced, but if it was too much or they were too busy to not worry about it. The staff went above and beyond! They ran out of enough toasted coconut syrup to make the latte, so the barista made me an amazing concotion with toasted coconut, white mocha, and vanilla. They also gave me a recover card for my next drink! I love this staff and this location!“

“I visited this location recently while they were remodeling their original location upstairs so it was a bit crowded downstairs but efficient. Jordan provided amazing service while asking what I was looking for while she was in the opposite side handing and making orders. She stopped what she was doing and went in the back to find any additional chocolate milk for my daughter. Usually staff will say whatever is not out they don’t have in the back without even looking. She went above and beyond with the remaining order and saved me an additional stop.“

and the Matcha strawberry loaf, I freaking love their loaf 🍞 so along with their lemon loaves then I’m loves to die for they’re so good. 😊

“The truth is I was happy with the treatment I received, my order was ready quickly and they prepared it just the way I wanted it. The tomato mozzarella sandwich wasn’t good, taste like old and cold inside. The store is small but very organized. The staff was friendly and quite professional. Good atmosphere, just a little noisy.

“The Starbucks in Universal is super convenient and a solid spot to grab your caffeine fix while exploring the parks. It’s usually got all the classic drink options, and the staff are friendly and quick; which is perfect when you’re trying to get back to the fun. Seating can fill up fast, but it’s nice to have a break from the crowds and cool off for a minute.

Prices are what you’d expect from Starbucks, but being able to sip a cold drink while walking around Universal is totally worth it. Great go to place for a morning pick-me-up or an afternoon refresher!“

“Best Starbucks vibes in all of Orlando!!

One of the prettiest upstairs dining spaces I have ever seen in a Starbucks.

If I worked downtown I would get a spicy chicken sandwich at Chick-fil-A next door, get a coffee here and then eat upstairs in the Starbucks dining room!

It is also right next to a Sun-rail station.“

“Excellent service the employees are always super happy and nice. They have a bees nest close by, a bee flew into my car and almost stung me through the drive through and the employee apologized but did mention it was a problem. Please management take a look.“

“This Starbucks is located within the Main Plant of Lockheed Martin MFC. It is not accessible by the general public, you have to work at LM. It a real nice Starbucks replacing the former LM onsite museum but still keeping some of the displays and integrating them into the design of the Starbucks. As always, great coffee! “I visited this morning and really appreciated how hard the staff member was working to take care of everyone on her own. She stayed polite, patient, and did her best to manage a busy rush, which I truly admire. However, it seemed overwhelming for just one person to handle so many customers at once, and it did lead to longer wait times. I hope more staff can be scheduled during busy hours to help things run more smoothly.“

“I come here every morning and this location EATSSSSSSS. The whole team is quick, friendly, and makes everything super easy. I order ahead for pick up and it’s always ready. Bee deserves a special shoutout too. This staff always stands out and makes the start of my day better.

Atmosphere is slightly worse than at a normal Statbucks due to Target customer rushing by, but other than that, I was happy with my experiences!“

“This Starbucks location inside the Adventura hotel is great. We’ve stayed here on several occasions and have always got coffee & breakfast here. The staff has always been great. This place does occasionally get a long line at various morning hours however the staff will work through it. 5/5!“

“I wanted to take a moment and recognize Bailey, the rest of the management, and the entire team at this location! I’ve lived in Orlando for many years and I currently frequent this particular location since my move! I have visited a lot of Starbucks locations and people seem to think that all coffee shops are alike?! No way! Orlando has a lot of your locations. We also have a lot of independent options here and there are plenty of places that I could go. The truth is as I don’t visit Starbucks just for the coffee, I visit for the energy and the attitude of the staff and employees who work there. O choose you for YOU! This location runs like a well oiled machine (line wrapped around a drive through most mornings) and my hat goes off to the general manger who knows how to choose the right people for the team! Every morning everyone is in a great mood, I don’t think there’s ever been a time I’ve entered the shop and not been greeted by at least three people. The facility is clean and well kept up and it’s evident that everyone takes pride in where they work! I don’t think you hear it enough, so I figured I would take time out of my busy day to let you know that you’re doing a great job! Keep it up!!“

“The staff was very friendly! I went in on a Monday around 4pm and it wasn’t busy. I worked outside and the wifi was strong. The service was quick and everything tasted good. They were out of some of the bakery items at that time, but it’s okay. There was ample seating and the area was generally clean. Any drawbacks were made up by the excellent and friendly service.“

“this Starbucks is located inside of the Fairfield Inn \\u0026 Suites by Marriott in Orlando Florida. It's usually pretty empty which is nice because in Orlando everything has a long line. The Baristas are pretty quick and friendly too. It's very convenient to be able to walk out of my room and get coffee in the morning before hitting the theme parks. There's also a nice outside sitting area with a playground and Turf, even a basketball hoop which is part of the gym across the courtyard but it's right outside of the Starbucks which is great if you are traveling with little ones that want to hang out outside and get some exercise so they are not so energetic later on. All in all I give this place for stars because it's a little bit small compared to other Starbucks locations. I ordered an iced cappuccino and it came out great, my girlfriend ordered a chocolate mocha Frappuccino and she loved it too.“

“Starbucks on Daryl Carter is one of my favorite Starbucks locations. Skipping Palm Parkway to now make an afternoon stop at this new location. And it is all because of the baristas!
