I've been coming here for 6 years and never had a bad experience up until today. There was a small bug found in my iced coffee and I didn't realize it until I already drank it all. This shows me that employees are rushing to make drinks and they don't sanitize their machines. Iced drinks are also very watered down, they're about 60% ice and 40% of the drink alone. They have a great environment for studying however, I don't think I'll ever order here again.
This Starbucks is awesome. Very close to my house and Joy is always a pleasure to talk to. She made me a specialized latte that tasted amazing. Would recommend this location to anyone looking for friendly customer service, and a nice quiet atmosphere perfect for working/studying.
