It’s alright… no complaints with the food or people, but this is another “rebranded” hotel cafe with Starbucks regalia. Prices are inflated compared to your usual retail location, which is honestly disheartening given the brand’s focus on consistency.
Tip: you can use a preloaded Starbucks card, but they won’t let you scan for stars since this is technically a LOEWS coffee shop and not a real SBUX. Think Barnes and Noble back in the day.

Stayed awake at the Surfside and had coffee at the Starbucks every single morning. They have the best staff always to registers open and 5+ people working behind the counter everything is super fast they are awesome thank you very much for a great vacation.
Great place to get a good cup off coffee and get some work done. Staff is great and prompt. Overall great spot!

This Starbucks Coffee Company is loved for its employees and quick service. The employees are friendly, never get an order wrong, and are always going out of their way to be kind. The line moves quickly even when it is crazy with lots of people. The inside is small but very clean. A crème cold brew and a Caramel Frappuccino made the old fashioned way are mentioned. This is a great location that is reliable. The staff is cool and handles difficult customers with patience. It makes early mornings a lot easier, and the kindness shown is appreciated.
