The staff as super friendly. Now, rush hour times mornings and noon do get insanely busy was grumpy Hospital staff. The way Cassie handles them with a smile and such a great attitude is amazing. Keep up the good work guys. Pecan crunch latte just hits the spot.
Started off a little dry with the person who checked me out (maybe Aze— what it says on my receipt) and my cousin had a negative experience with her too. She was also kind of reprimanding her team in not a very nice way asking if one them of spilled some milk in front of everyone :) Anyways Natalie was a sweetheart, thank you. Especially being next to the hospital, you should have great customer service with your clients, you don’t know what they’re going through.
