Upon entering I greet the Starbucks cashier with a smile and a how are you. I was met back with a blank and unpleasant face and a “good”. So I proceed still trying to be nice. I tell him I’m going to use my stars for the first time ever. I apparently showed him the wrong bar code and he says “I can’t scan that” with such a rude tone. Employee cut himself, looked into the cup, poured it out in the sink, then washed it out with water. Another employee continued with the drink as if nothing was wrong. The cappuccino I ordered was 60% foam ?.

I am looking at these reviews and the owner's responses,and it says a year ago, your early morning staff is rude whwt are u gonna so about it. I pulled up to the window at 6am and rhe peaon with the head s et was sitting outside smoking & and she was like go ahead with ur order, i said excuse me? She pause took a brearh and replied the same way like i was bothering her.
