I love my local location I got the Vinci caramel brulee iced it is absolutely delicious!
No matter what time I visit this Starbucks on West Colonial in Ocoee the employees are awesome and so helpful! This is my favorite location-Lindsay, Ashton, and Mia are amazing and always make me smile!!!
The staff here is very friendly & take the time to talk to you & get to know you. They’re a little inconsistent with the quality of drinks (I get the same thing every day & it doesn’t always taste the same). The fact that they know me & my dog as I place my order at the drive up & leave cheery notes on my coffee keeps me going back

However, the drive-through can be slow. One customer did not like being asked for a tip and felt treated poorly, saying they will not return.
