What a night. I ordered one single item at this location for Curbside Pickup around 9pm. Minutes passes by, nobody brings my order. I called three times on the phone to see if there was anything wrong, since it has been half an hour and nobody has brought my order. By the window, I see this "manager" (lady on the photo) laughing, talking with other coworkers, and even playing with an employee's hair. Clearly they were "busy". Went to drive thru, got hotcakes and sausage. I usually ask for extra syrup meaning 1. Drive thru boy say .35 cents. I'm like for what. I have never been charged for 1 syrup. Its a shame. Dry as them pancakes is 1 syrup doesn't. But if I haven't been paying I'm not about to start now. And just cause you say have a good day and slams the window doesn't mean you was respectful.

Hands down the slowest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. I was in the drive through for over 20 mins after standing in the lobby for 10 mins with no one acknowledging people standing in line.And pointless to use the mobile app, 2 times I’ve used the mobile and my order wasn’t ready.
