The dude at the register was very rude; he repeated my order to me and still made it wrong. I felt so unwelcome I didn't bother trying to get it fixed.

Clerk named “Alexandria” laughing and making fun of customers' pronunciation along with his other co-worker. He did this with a client who was in front of us and then with me and my wife. He constantly repeats the name of the products in a rude way with the intention of correcting his pronunciation, and when he thinks the customer is not listening he starts imitating the customers and laughing with his colleague. I ask Staurbucks management to investigate the case as this is called Xenophobia and should not be tolerated in their stores.

My husband and I were waiting in line to place our order and we witnessed an attendant being extremely rude to a customer who was having trouble pronouncing his order correctly because he was a tourist. After the customer left, we were the next to be served by the same waiter. We asked politely for our order and he also seemed rude. After taking our order we heard him pronouncing our accent with his colleague and laughing. I went back to the waiters and told them that we were disappointed and that this was not the way to treat a customer. He simply said thank you and come back in a mocking tone, clearly demonstrating that it was a case of xenophobia because we were from another country.I'm not sure of your name, but if I'm not mistaken your name is Alexandria. I would ask the Starbucks management to resolve this issue because we live in the area and always pass by, and if we see another situation like this we will call the police.

The cashier was super attentive but the Barisya made my drink bad when I told him the bitter face he had, he gave me the drink in a bad way and then threw the other one away. First time this happened in one of their stores.

This is not a real Starbucks, you can't pay with the app. They are no nice and after I made a huge line I walked away with nothing beacuae I don't have the physical card. Is run through the target system.

I am looking at these reviews and the owner's responses,and it says a year ago, your early morning staff is rude whwt are u gonna so about it. I pulled up to the window at 6am and rhe peaon with the head s et was sitting outside smoking & and she was like go ahead with ur order, i said excuse me? She pause took a brearh and replied the same way like i was bothering her. I personally don't feel the cashier should be handling food and money, they do not change their gloved regularly! The cashier during the week days early morning is very RUDE! ANDDDD ALWAYS HAVE AN ATTITUDE! IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB THEN QUIT IT AND STAY HOME! LAST COUPLE DAYS EXPERIENCE WAS HORRIBLE!!

The barista Alex was very rude and seemed like he didn't like his job, why be in costumer service if you hate it or treat your costumers rudely and inconsiderate! We weren't able to see the menu and think about our order because he was rushing and gave us annoying looks, we were still cordial and treated him nicely regardless, but that is no way to treat any costumers! He was like that to the couple in front of us and everyone behind us to! Maybe it's time to think about a different working field!

The staff was rude and not helpful and they didn’t even put whipped cream on our drink. They had a terrible attitude! Overall a very unpleasant experience.

Upon entering I greet the Starbucks cashier with a smile and a how are you. I was met back with a blank and unpleasant face and a “good”. So I proceed still trying to be nice. I tell him I’m going to use my stars for the first time ever. I apparently showed him the wrong bar code and he says “I can’t scan that” with such a rude tone. I said “okay where do I go, it’s my first time using this.” He said “scan only at the top”. Okay, so basically the same thing I’ve been using to collect starts. Now he might be thinking she’s so stupid. But listen, it’s early! I know I’ve been using the app to collect stars but I didn’t realize I would need to go to the same bar code to redeem the stars. It’s early morning and I had a rough nights sleep. My brain isnt exactly too sharp at this time of day. Hence my need for coffee. It would have been so much better if he kindly explained. But no, he was nasty about it. Maybe this is his personality, I don’t know but I wouldn’t keep him on front counter. He alone makes me not want to return to this specific Starbucks. And you know what?! This still isn’t the first time. I’ve had him take my order several times and today when I saw him I hesitated. I kept giving the situation the benefit of the doubt. He continues to be rude. I understand people go through stuff, I have stuff. But I still manage to be kind and smile. Being a sourpuss doesn’t help anybody. Anyway, I’m not trying to get him in trouble, Alex just needs coaching, maybe a new position that better suits him and the company, or maybe even a long hug.

The Crew is Nice and Welcoming.. But the coffee taste bitter and not balanced out with proper amount of sugar. The coffee tasted OFF to me and I had to put extra sugar..
