The music was really loud and for people on computers studying or making business calls it's challenging. Otherwise, always love it here!

Starbucks Coffee Company is a very convenient location in Orlando, considered by some to be the best for coffee, service, and atmosphere. The lobby is extremely relaxing and the outdoor seating is perfect for work or school, making it a great third place. Many find it an awesome place with a great atmosphere, where the staff goes above and beyond to make drinks the right way and regulars are known by name. The facility is clean and well kept up. Service can be quick with everything prepared perfectly, and the team can run like a well-oiled machine.
However, experiences with staff vary. While many reviewers praise the friendly staff in a great mood who offer excellent service, others report unpleasant interactions, noting that every time they visit they encounter someone with an attitude. Some feel there is room for improvement in training, observing that too many new people together has caused longer wait times and a decline in the quality of service and food. Despite these mixed reports on staff interactions, it remains a popular and convenient stop to grab coffee and relax.
